Signed in ,waited 40 minutes for them to tell us they were closing early and we werent gonna be seen because they had a meeting they had to go to . Found it very unprofessional that they let us all wait there to be seen and didnt tell anybody they were closing early.

Discrimination against seniors was observed. Clients with appointments were admitted mostly before their actual time ignoring walk~ins. Clients with appointments who were late were also admitted while the walk-ins were ignored. After two hours waiting and being ignored all the walk-ins were kicked out rudely half an hour before the closing time. Bottom line this location doesn't accept walk-ins according to this observation. Discrimination against clients who have no access to internet and mobile phones was observed. The staff was obviously tired and rude and their lack of management , information, and problem solving was unbelievable.

Every time I go there it hurts a lot because they tell me I have “rolling veins” so I’m always pricked multiple times. I said what always happens to me and said to use the smallest needle. I was told there shouldn’t be a problem. But, exactly like I said, the vein was missed so another worker was called in to help redirect the needle that was sticking out of my arm. It was hurting and my head got so sweaty one of them offered me an ice pack. I couldn’t hold back the tears from rolling down by face. That person couldn’t do it either so he walked out. Then I was asked if I don’t want to do it anymore. Unfortunately, I have to have it done. Every 3 months. That’s why I’m there. Just wish I didn’t have to get pricked multiple times every time I go there and be in pain from them moving around the needle in my arm trying to get a vein. I didn’t say all that. Just was thinking it as I sat there quietly wiping my face. She had to start all over in a new area and she said she was going to use a different kind of needle that they only use for babies. Finally got it. Both arms are bruised and hurt. I wish they had more training with veins like mine so I can get this done with a feeling of a pinch and not the pain I had to deal with.

Very bad customer service My wife had an appointment at 8:30 am today somehow they didn't get the order in portal from doctor. This Mexican lady at room no 2 couldn't wait to call physician office. My husband call and they sent new confirmation number to portal but she said they need to take another customer now and send my wife off and she left. My wife is kidney patient and appointment takes months to come. This Mexican lady very rude overall quest at ceres not recommended before as well . They have too many customers they can't handle it hope officials do something about it . We will try to call their coprate office but went on voice mail. I believe when it's come to medical they have to be serious because this is not restarent or any other shop they can just send people off and not to serve. We will never go there and not recommend to others.

I would give 0 stars if I could, this is by far the worst Quest I have been too and although it's close to me, I should have known better than to go the second time around. I suggest you schedule elsewhere.

The ceres quest lab worst then Modesto, the workers are so lazy and slow in taking the patients, I don’t know how many of the workers are working there but every 10 to 20 minutes they were taking one patient at a time, just westing people time, I was just couple minutes late because of my baby they cancelled my appointment, I will never go there again, there maybe at least 10 or 15 workers what were they doing, in the lobby maybe 5 patients, they rejected 2 of them only 3 of the patients left, the worker came out and say we can’t take walk ins they need to reschedule or come back to west there time, I would prefer to go to Modesto then here, the ceres quest lab is very very very very slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.

My first time taking my brother their for lab. I will be not be taking him back there. They told him he has no blood. They poke him 3 times in the same arm. I don't understand how to 2 people couldn't find his veins. They should have tired the other arm or the veins in his hands. I would say they were not professional about their job.

Needed some blood work done for my nursing school and so made an appointment online to go in today at 1:20. I walked in at 1:13 and they called my name right on time. I was helped by Erica. She did an amazing job calming me down and helping me relax because I told her how scared I was to get my blood drawn for the first time (despite me going to school to become a nurse HAHA). Anyways, Erica made the process quick and easy. I was done within 15 minutes of me entering the building. I definitely recommend scheduling an appointment online rather than walking in and waiting for long periods of time. It's quick and easy and you can literally make an appointment the same day.

They state they accept walk-ins - they do not. This location will only see a walk-in visitor if there is a cancellation. That's it. No wiggle room, no hope at getting seen without an appointment. However, while you can try making an appointment, they are always fully booked up, even nearly two weeks out. They should place a large sign on the door which states "NO WALK-INS" because they do not make their policy known either over-the-phone or on their website. No transparency whatsoever. What a joke of a testing facility.

Made an appointment through the phone and drove 15 miles only to show up and find out that I’m not scheduled. They told me make the appointment on the website next time, it’s more reliable. Took a day off work for this.

The nurse wouldn't listen when drawing blood, she was standing instead of sitting while taking blood and made the needle bend downwards when she changed the tube as to sliding it in.Please revisit your practices...

I went in at 2:23, signed in as a walk in. At 2:31 the gal came out and announced, all walk-ins will have to come back tomorrow because they stop seeing walk INS at 230. Why let me sign? Two of us in the lobby, told to make an appointment or come back at another time. Nobody in the waiting room!!.
