“This morning I came to quest as a walk-in. And waiting time was reasonable. The staff is approachable and will provide help for those in the waiting room that need it.Alyssa called me back and was professional, and very time efficient. This girl is fast at her job :) . She was also friendly. I would definitely recommend this quest and the staff.”

“My phlebotomist, Diana, was not only kind but also very skilled, as my blood draw was nearly painless. They also were running right on time, as I had an appointment and had barely been there a minute when they came to get me. Very happy with my experience here. If you need to have lab work done, this is a great place to do it.”

“I've been to this Quest Diagnostics three times as a walk-in without an appointment. I check in through their device and enter all my information required wait. I have never waited more than 30 minutes for them to call me in and out. The staff greeted me and treat me like family. Keep up the GREAT JOB.”

“I scheduled an appointment with the authorization form from my employer at Manteca Quest Diagnostics online. When i went there it was no longer testing for urine testing since 5 days ago and the website did not notify that. So i rescheduled through the website at this location and it was open and accepted urine test. The problem was if they were going to accept the authorization form if its assigned at the Manteca location. So i went here and they did! The urine sample i need was a standard drug and alcohol screening. It may not have been possible if the employer is asking for a specific screening testing that other sites do not have. Just an FYI!”

“I am a very difficult stick. The one employee I ask for each time I go for labs her name is 'Christine or Christina. She works(ed) with cancer patients. She knows and is awesome in drawing blood from "small" veins. I just love and respect her for that! Ask for her! She does not disappoint. Besides that- the place is immaculate clean and sanitized. Everyone are respectful joyful with greetings with a big smile! I have zero negatives about this place. Ohh! And schedule your appointment on line. My waits has only been 5-6 minutes NOT bad!!!8/21/2023”

“Excellent Service! The environment was quiet, clean, and the staff at check-in greeted me. I travel from out of town so I did a walk-in. There was only one couple at the time of my walk-in. I was called back in about 5-10 minutes. Priscilla was very friendly while drawing up my labs. I would come back to this place.”

“Went there after missing my appointment, they took me in within 10 minutes. 1 star less because it took 11 days for blood results to show online vs the other facility on Hawkeye take 3-4 days”

“Had a great experience with my son when going to get his blood work done, my son was really nervous about the needles (just like me) but Ashley helped with that, she was very kind and very professional. Super fast too, we were there for just a few minutes. Great place”

“Thank you to the two staff members that helped my son. He was nervous, but they were so friendly. The lady who helped us even did Tails "bloodwork". If you see this, THANK YOU for taking good care of both him and Tails”

“Quest is located inside the Valley Children's Health Care building. There is no signs in the parking lot or on the building to indicate Quest is inside the building. However, Quest is located straight ahead as soon as you enter through the entrance doors. I purchased a specific blood test on their website and the process was straight forward. I made my appointment via their website which was very easy to complete. Upon my arrival, no one was working the front counter. However, this is due to the check-in process being completely automated with a kiosk. The kiosk was easy to use by scanning a QR code Quest provided me in an email. The kiosk scanned my driver license to verify who I was and the check-in process was complete. I arrived about ten minutes early and only waited for a few minutes before I was called into the blood testing area. My phlebotomist did a great job and found blood after one poke. Very slight discomfort with the initial needle poke. I was in and out within ten minutes. My experience with Quest was positive compared to other reviews and I would use them again.”

“So, 8 years out from Neal's death, I'm providing a review. Neal was in ICU for like 5 days. Tons of people showed up to support us. Medical staff let us hang out with him in his room. There were like 20 of us standing around Neal, singing worship songs, which oddly made his heart rate decrease. Clearly, he knew we were there praying for his healing as we wanted him to remain in our lives. Neal's nephew, Cameron, showed up with Bay leaves to place on his forehead. Neal loved the Bay tree. Had one planted on the back 40 which didn't survive, thank you flood of 2017. I am thankful Cameron griffin remembered that and brought some leaves for Neal. I still have them. The managing nurse visited me to ensure everything was in place. The managing nurse happened to be a former friend of Neal's and an employee of Modesto City Schools. How does that happen? How does someone have the energy to be both a nursing teacher with MCS and an employee of Memorial Hospital? I'm really blown away.”

“I checked in for regular labs ordered by my PMD as a walk-in. It was convenient as it is located near the hospital i work at. This lab is fairly well maintained. Greeted by pleasant ladies. Everything was done very efficiently. Unfortunate that they have low rating. They told me it was regarding old staffs. I will get all my labs done here from now on.”
