Super pushy with their rewards program, won't let you leave without giving them your information. Now I'm constantly harrased in my email from Big Lots...never doing rewards programs again

Our cashier was super friendly, very patient and kind. She had a line and she did not make a fuss over the coupons we wanted to use. I wish I got her name!

I had the nicest cashier here today. She was a sweet girl and very knowledgeable about things in the store when I had a question. I think her name was steph or stephaine. I'm so glad they opened this big lots here. Definitely will be back.
