“Thoroughly, extremely impressed. Walked in to a huge, huge line at 1:30pm on Sept 19. This team handled everyone with speed and care and in less than 10 minutes everyone was served. Never seen it done sooo well. Thanks!”

“While visiting Grass Valley I needed to return an Amazon product. There’s a line of people, the place is buzzing with activity. Man walks up and asks what I need. I show him the return code on my phone. In two minutes he walks me through the process for a future return, and I’m out the door. The service was better than I could have imagined.”

“I visited this store today because i had to send a letter certified and did not want to deal with long lines at the post office! They also have packaging supplies and a copy machine along with a computer. Becca was super friendly and helpful! They also have mailboxes to rent inside the store! Plenty of parking. In and out quickly!”

“I have been very happy going to foothill Mailbox over the last couple years. The truth is, I hate going to the post office, because the line and service are usually not good. At foothill Mailbox, there is rarely much of a wait and the people know what they are doing and can give you tracking numbers for packages, etc. They also can mail US Postal Service mail packages from there as well as FedEx and UPS. Convenient and good service”

“I go here to get computer supplies and efaxing. They also do business cards. Although short staffed they are friendly and knowledgeable. Mimi in the copy department was friendly and helpful. This is centrally located off of Brunswick in Grass Valley. Shopping center also has CVS and grocery outlet (and many other businesses). Nice and organized store!”

“Very poor customer service when contacting by phone; rep could barely speak English. Cannot call or be transferred to the local office directly only a customer service center located who-knows-where, so impossible to resolve the delivery issue. Massively annoying! Yet, when I went to the store in person, everything the customer service rep told me over the phone was incorrect and my issue was resolved very satisfactorily.”

“Visited this post office today to pick up some packages and acquire keys to my mailbox. Was in and out in 15 minutes. The representative was incredibly helpful in acquiring my keys, helping me to update my address and even helped to bring out my heavy package.”

“I'm new to Colfax, and needed to let the post office know that I had arrived. Sara was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient! Thank you Sara for your help!”

“I went into the Grass Valley PO today to pick up mail that we held for many weeks. While I was waiting, I witnessed friendly, prompt service to many customers. The staff was respectful and efficient. Excellent customer service!!”

“This review is for the window clerks at the main post office downtown. They are all GREAT. Polite helpful and they don't get flustered when the line goes out to the door. Not sure everyone knows this, that Amazon shipping and deliveries have totally changed their world. Any monies that the Post Office makes from Amazon is certainly not shared with window clerks and carriers. Did anyone notice that the Post Office has been trying to hire people like forever. Thankless job filled with crazy people and crazy dogs. If everyone hate the post office so much, posting on Yelp won't help. It's not like rating a restaurant. Next time you need Postal Service try the " other " Post Office or call your Congressman or Senator.”
