Bought a 2022 atlas cross sport, have less than 12k miles on it. Brakes are grinding awful. So loud and obnoxious. You'd think with the amount of money spent I'd have the reasonable expectation of brakes not screeching. Service department says , "that's just the way it is" nothing they can or will do about it. Filed a complaint with the NHTSA, suggest everyone else does too.

I was upsold all sorts expensive warranties. I was never tiold the cost of 1 year came with the vehicle so i paid that twice. I was told all maintenance, any interior or exterior damage all problems. Obviously not an accident. Never got the warranty policy, tire rotation not covered; if the car is hit by Any object not covered. I was sideswiped unseen. I was told by VW service go to body shop. Well salesman sent me to finance who knew nothing, then I get the sales manager who hasnt called back. I called Assure the insurance company-silence. I have written to VW north america. Again I want to know what is covered and what I paid for this nothing coverage and where is my free warranty year? Is the 5 years in addition to the free year. I have used and recommended this dealer for 5 years. Never again. I will be turning this car in asap

Service department has some issues with their on-line booking system. One is more likely to get an appointment sooner if you just call. Took my car in for a check-engine light issue and it took all day to allegedly install a software update. The writer was very insistent on performing the 10,000 mile service.which had been performed at another VW dealer. Had he bothered to check the car's record he would have seen documentation to that effect. He was argumentative and claimed that he could not see another dealer's records. The car's service history is stored with VW of America and not with any specific dealer. When I got home, the service light came back on and I had to bring it in a week later. Magically, the on-line appointment system showed lots of availability that had not been there just a few days prior. A week later, the same writer unapologetically claimed that the second check engine light was a different issue. Overall, this dealership seems poorly organized and the service team lacks credibility.

Jennifer was amazing to work with, the purchase process felt easier than any I’ve ever experienced, and she helped with getting familiar with the new car and even helped detail areas she noticed! Thank you so much! We look forward to seeing you again and for any purchases in the future.

BAD BUSINESS....... If you suspect the prices are too high to have your car repaired here, they probably are. Don't let them over charge you. We had to call the BAR - Bureau of Automotive Repair 951 782-4250, to have charges investigated. This place was found GUILTY, and they had to reimburse over $300. Have the charges looked into, don't just pay and walk away. This place is unfair and unreasonable. We know this has happened before. So SAD!

I’d give them zero stars if I could. I bought an ID 4 from them back in June and still haven’t gotten the registration in. The bank said they never received the proof of purchase from them. My husband and I have called at least 10 times and they continue to say that they will have their dmv person call us back. Yesterday the woman said the dmv person would be in today and would call us. Well guess what today’s Halloween and no one is there. They lied to us and can’t seem to get back to their customers.

We bought a non dealer used car following a fantastic pitch by Stephen Lilly. It was late July on a very hot evening having just had one car totaled, the other in the garage and using a rental car. We were in a very irritable state but Stephen (bless him) was very empathetic, he had made an excellent preparation of the car prior to our arrival. You could see the seriousness with which he took the sales pitch and we loved the car and more importantly got sold on Stephen. We had issues with the closing regarding the No of keys available with the car and were going to pull out. Stephen rallied all effort getting Bryan (Manager??) to support the pitch and when Bryan asked if the keys matter will be a deal breaker, I said an emphatic YES and was ready to walk away that night around 11.00pm. They then said the finance lady would do a deal for us to get the keys. This was a gentleman’s deal and didn’t think it was necessary to have it written up also having taken the character, effort and disposition of Stephen into account believing that all will be well with getting the duplicate keys. Surprise! Surprise!! Surprise !!! When it came to redeeming the promise, Stephen was up for it making arrangements as should be expected of a good salesman taking care of his client. However, Bryan acted totally and contrary to the spirit of the deal not acknowledging that the sales would have fallen through and that he had to come out and agree the deal because the key matter was a deal breaker. Long story cut short, the matter was tactfully and graciously resolved by the new GM (Christina Ricardo). I thought the days of lying car salesmen are over but Bryan proved me wrong and I’m very disappointed that he would not standup for the truths of deals agreed and the honor of it. Sacrificing that on a base of just thinking of the money made from sales and not the relationship being built in the process. I’m not one for writing detailed reviews but I felt so irate about the way my time way I was treated and my time wasted that I had to follow through with this matter out of principle that people should have integrity to stand up to and honor words of agreement. I truly appreciate Stephen for his ethics and compassion to our needs based on agreement and thank Christina for the positive final closure and her promise of improvement in the lackadaisical culture to truth and words of honor in sales. Some deals are agreed off record as maybe necessary from time to time but to make meaningless off record deals knowing you don’t mean it is callous, distasteful and demonstrates lack of integrity to try and deflect such agreements to not being on the due bill. That is my closing remark for Bryan who came off his chair that evening and shook my hands that we got the deal. Happy I eventually got the deal honored but it shouldn’t have been so unduly protracted and in such a careless and lackadaisical way. Again thank you Stephen for your good work and thank you Christina for ensuring that the words of honor hold.

I've had one of our cars here from time to time for routine maintenance, and the service department treats me like a king! I'm eager to continue doing business with this dealership.

Jennifer was fantastic! Extremely helpful and understanding. Zero pressure from her, unlike other experiences I've had. It is because of her professionalism and understanding, we stuck around and completed our lease. She's amazing! Jazz (sorry not sure if it is the correct spelling), but he was also great to work with!!

The service department is great but they need more help and possibly training as it comes to the electric vehicles. I know you have added an additional technician recently and I’m sure given time shortages will be filled. And delays will be reduced.

Bad service. Let me start by saying that their mechanics are not seasoned or simply can care less. The entire goal is to up sell you without any consideration. Which tells me they have gotten away with this reckless behavior. Before I took the car in to get serviced I received a call from the sales department point blank asking me if I want to sell my car. When I said no...well, guess what I was recommended to spend thousands of dollars to service my car. The one thing I learned from this experience is that just because it's a "Dealership" does not mean they are honest people, as a mater of fact the opposite is true. They have a large overhead and need to make up for it any way possible and the customer is not on the priority list. So, never going back. I suggest you watch your pockets when you enter this establishments. You have been warned!

Very nice !. I was first met by Jazz a very nice young salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. He is a very personable easy going man and knows his job and can explain everything about the transaction. He offered refreshments and made sure we were comfortable. Then the Sales Manager came out and to my surprise it was Joseph Flowers. I used to work with him at another dealership. He was welcoming and assured us we would be well taken care of. We negotiated a great deal on the car we wanted and left with the car the same day. I cannot say enough about what a great easy going transaction this was on a clean comfortable dealership. Thanks to all that played a role behind the scene.
