Does Lexus make a great car? Yes. Should one buy it. Yes. Should one buy it at Shottenkirk Desert Lexus? Possibly. Should one have the car serviced at Shottenkirk desert Lexus? Absolutely not!! We were told that we would get two free services after purchasing a new RX 350. We brought it in today for the second service. We were told that the first service was supposed to be at 5000 miles and the second service at 10000 miles which we were never told. They charged us $450 until my wife challenge that...and they said they would take $100 off. It should've been free! The work they did didn't even include an oil change or tire rotation. All they did was evaluate a few things, replaced a few filters and wanted to change the windshield wipers in a dry climate. This is a total abomination. Find a good reliable service place for your car.

Well the dealership answered my post by apologizing and asking me to get in touch with them so that they can make it right, so I did and they did absolutely nothing to make it right. All they do is make it seem like they care about their customers and in the end it's just for lip service for the Yelp viewers to look at.

I came in with one intention only and that was for me to leave the dealer with my very own first car. Andrew Goodman was very helpful, he answered all my questions. He was a really great sport, even gave me some advice. In a matter of minutes I left the dealer with a brand new 2024 Lexus n× 350, thanks to Andrew and all his help.

Deanna took care of us and walked us through what I believe to be one of the worst experiences on earth. I would rather go back to Vietnam during war, than negotiate a car purchase. We had one manager we dealt with for two decades and bought a lot of cars. He completely spoiled us. Deanna made this as easy and as pleasant as possible. She did a great job

Good Service! Had me in and out very quickly with no waiting. Dropped me off at my office. Little disappointed to be told that I had to wait for an hour to get picked up again, but the overall service was excellent. Highly recomend.

We were there on 9/28/23, my wife had seen a Lexus rx350l online that she really liked and we decided to go test drive it, from the start the sales woman Natalia R. was very nice and welcoming, she went out of her way so we could feel comfortable, she was great during the negotiating process, it's hard to find a sale person that is really honest and helpful. I would highly recommend her, she's also very knowledgeable regarding the brand.

My ES350 had a serious issue with the electronic parking brake (EPB) and cruise control so I made an appointment online to bring it in ASAP. My original service advisor I requested was Cameron (who is awesome), but as he was not in the day of my appointment, I was re-directed to Tania Toscano (I hope it's okay to use your full name Tania). She was (and is) incredibly cordial yet professional and makes you feel at ease. She was very thorough with the details of service to be performed and kept me informed of all progress made along the way! When the time came to pick up my vehicle, she went through the paperwork with me in order to not only inform me of all services performed, but also to answer any questions I might have had. She gave me a friendly farewell and informed me to reach out anytime should I have any questions. You know, I've seen several negative reviews left about Shottenkirk Lexus, but I have yet to have any sort of negative experience. My guess is that those who are leaving these reviews are those who feel they deserve to be given EVERY sort of credit or discount and when they're not, this ugly sense of entitlement or 'privilege's that come with having money' comes out full-force.Let me tell you, just because you have money does NOT give you the right to try and make the staff here (or anywhere else for that matter) feel small or less than and throwing a fit when you don't get your way (e.g., negative review) is both immature and childish. I have money too, but I also remember where I came from and keep myself humble, grounded, and treat everyone with respect without expecting anything in return but to be respected just the same. If you are hesitant to bring your vehicle here for service due to those negative reviews, take what I just said into account and I think you're feelings of uneasiness will disappear. Bought a 2012 Lexus isf. Walked in knowing what car we were looking for and was not greeted by anyone. We had to go into the lobby and ask the receptionist for a sales person. We saw a couple of sales people in the front talking amongst each other but they did not bother to help us. A little too late but one of them finally asked if we needed help after the receptionist went to grab Natalia. We proceeded to wait for Natalia. Natalia was kind and came with us on the test drive. We had a great experience with her. I asked her if the car would be filled up with gas if I were to buy it and she said of course. Something dealers usually do when purchasing a vehicle. We made the purchase and the car was waiting in the car port for us to drive it home when I realized the tank had not been filled up. I asked Natalia, and she went to consult with someone and came back and told me that the manager that has the gas card wasn’t there that day. Not sure if this is true or not but it was very disappointing especially to a valued costumer. I expect a little better from a Lexus dealership and also when Natalia had confirmed that the rank would be filled up. Nonetheless, Natalia was very friendly but the little details that would make a customer feel valued was definitely missing from this dealership. I would skip this dealership and move on to another Lexus dealership, even if it means driving 200 miles more than the 120 miles that we already drove to get there.

Kyle , Natalia, and the rest of the crew were completely amazing. We were able to seamlessly do our transaction online and they actually delivered the Lexus to our home all the way in Redlands. Five stars every day of the week.

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at Shottenkirk Desert Lexus. The dealership was extremely clean and everyone was very friendly. David was my sales person and he was great. He was very thorough with explaining all the documents to us, how the car works, and making the sale a very enjoyable time. He has a great personality, and is easy to talk to. I will purchase a vehicle at this dealership with David in the future.
