I had an issue with my paint & brought it to the attention of Kristin. From the moment I spoke to her on the phone she was super kind, professional & very helpful. She brought my issue to the attention of manager Victor. After waiting Victor contacted me & was able to solve my issue. I really appreciate these two as they were very on the situation. I'd recommend thus company 100%. Thank you for such a good experience.

The builder of my house provided the exact color codes for touch-ups and DIY jobs from Sherwin-Williams. While this location primarily serves the professional trades, the staff were very friendly in helping me on a small retail order. I appreciated how patient the staff person who helped me as I did not know all the different types of paint base products. Back home, after I finished my DIY job, the paint I purchased was the perfect match.

I use Sherwin Williams inside and out on both of my homes and my business locations. I visited the store in Cathedral City to order 2 special order paints. I had the same great service I always have at SW...cheerful, quick and helpful.
