I cant speak so highly of the team at Romos, i came in with issues and came out with results. Had issues with my escape and they figured it out. BMW was making noises and they handled it, My Titan was needing the front springs reseated bc the last shop messed it up and left parts out but they took on the task to make where the the other shop lacked. Maggie, Ray, Romo, Israel. Just an awesome team and anyone that i didn’t mention or was involved THANK YOU!!!

These guys botched a head gasket job on my last car. They didn't put the timing chain back on the engine correctly and my engine seized while I was driving it to OC and ruined it. They refused to fix the engine, after I paid them almost $1300 fir the job. Their remedy was a refund of $400 and I had to junk my car. Nice guys. DON'T GO HERE TO FIX YOUR CAR!!!

I've been going here ever since I moved to the valley about 7 years ago every car in my family goes only to Romo's Auto corporation they have great service and always take the time to explain what's going on with your automobile and they always get it done right the first time. My rear brakes went out and I couldn't drive my car. Rooms got me in the next day even though they were super busy. Israel was the tech that worked on my car and did a fabulous job. I can't remember the lady's name at the front desk but she was so nice and gave excellent customer service. Thank you to all of you at Romos.

I had my Bmw towed here after a fuel pump issue. Someone smashed my window while broken down on the side of the road. While it was in the shop - I asked if they can fix the window as well. They said yes we can do that. Sent over an estimate. I agreed. Then after paying and picking up the car they tell me that they didn’t couldn’t complete the job properly since they are not a body shop and I would have to take it to another place for the job to be completed the proper way.The office even agreed how unacceptable it was for my car to be returned to me in that condition. They ignored my calls for 2 weeks to find a resolution that they promised to get back to me with with a day. They fraudulently took on a job to get paid more. Then lied to my credit card company saying the charge was valid.If you can’t do a job properly it should be included in the estimate the way you CAN actually do it.
