Quick Lane in Cathedral City stopped providing complimentary car washes with its service. I bought my vehicle, which is not a Ford, at the connected dealership. They promised Quick Lane would provide excellent service for the vehicle. Well, not anymore. If they no longer provide complimentary car washes, then they won't have my business. NO CARWASH = LOST BUSINESS.

I had an appointment for oil change & tire rotation 2hours & 15mins later it was finally done. Will never go back again. They asked all the other customers if they would like their car washed didn't offer me a car wash. I'm glad I didn't get it washed I might have had to wait another hour. I arrived at 7:30am & left at 10am. Ridiculous wait time for the service.

I am visiting Palm Springs for a couple of months and needed an oil change for my F150 Hybrid. Scheduled my "Quick Lane" oil change online for 11:00 am. Arrived 15 minutes early, said it was going to be 3 hours! I asked for an oil change? And was told all the bays were full. I asked what about my appointment time, no real answer just that other people were ahead of me. Felt like a Seinfeld episode where they know how to take the reservation, but not keep the reservation. Didn't even waste my time arguing, took my car 3 minutes away to Jiffy Lube on Date Palm drive and glad I did. In and out in 35 minutes. Go there don't waste your time on this place.

I have visited Quick Lane, on & off, since 2012 -- as I'm a longtime Ford owner. With a recent incident that occurred with my 2017 Ford Escape in February 2021, what has compelled me to give Quick Lane the highest rating here is that one of their managers, Ivan, took my vehicle into the body shop bay and had one of his employees --I seriously regret not remembering his name -- and did a custom fix on the interior driver door handle damaged during the windstorms of Winter/Spring 2021. Ivan did not have to do that & it really showed a level of initiative that was very considerate. Thus, I'm going to keep coming back.

After pulling my camper through the Yucca Valley I noticed a slight degradation in braking along with the telltale burning smell attributable to my riding the brakes (sigh.) For my piece of mind I wanted a quick inspection. Ibrahim got me in without an appointment, quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated both having a competent check as well as such professional service. Thanks!

Disappointed with my last service. Too much time was allotted to two components of the work, and the driver's floor mat was left filthy. A simple check of a function does not deserve an hour of labor. Will have to go elsewhere with my 2 Fords.

Forget jiffy lube, this place right here is amazing! You drive in, they give you a paper to read while you wait in your car and they show you your fluid status. They check your tail lights and headlights and blinkers!

I called the Cathedral City Ford dealership to make an appointment for an oil change and was told 'no appointment is necessary, just drive up to Quick Lane." Ok, so I did so 15 minutes later arriving at 9AM. I go into the office and the guy at the desk as if I have an "appointment." Then tells me there is 'a round three hour wait at least." I see two customers in the waiting area. Since I live nearby I ask if they could call me 30 minutes prior to an opening,'no.' 'Best to arrive at before 7am to get a 'check in time." They further explained if they 'find work to do on the car, it takes more time." 'Quick Lane?" Seriously, come on Ford, you can do better than this.

Do not go to them. Took my truck in for new tires they advertised a pretty good rebate, so we did it, all fine showed up got the tires they said they would handle the rebate process. Great. Now 4 weeks go by I call rebate hotline they say it is being processed I have the tracking numbers but it takes about 6 weeks do not worry. Well here it is may 8 and still have not received the rebates, they say that whoever submitted it ( PS Quicklane) did not do it right, and I no longer qualified for that black friday rebate that they were sending a smaller one. Great customer service. Beware

I called Tuesday and spoke with Ron who was extremely polite and friendly arranged for a lube and oil for Friday at 1pm. He said it is first come first served to arrive early. I arrived at 1230. John was very dismissive and said she made the appointment with Ron and nobody checked the sheet. (Obviously John did) anyway Rey checked me in by the time I was done it was 1245. I sat in the waiting room and kept hearing how everyone was going to lunch. As others arrived or called for a lube and oil they were immediately told it would take 1 to 2 hours. You should have staff to cover lunches. As time went by more people came and was told it would take 2 hours and another hour for a carwash. (They really don't want to have you get the car washed ) Now it is 150pm my car is done! Rey was extremely pleasant and very educational on my car maintenance. At the end he even shook my hand said have a nice day. John never said a word. All the technicians went to lunch at the same time. Not sure why. I think they should have coverage for lunches. My tailbone hurt after sitting on their uncomfortable seats. Rey said they were replacing the seats and remodeling. I can't wait to see what they do!
