Went in 2 hours before closing just to test drive a new white Nissan Sentra to see if it was the right fit. Loved how it drove. Went inside saw this beautiful blue Sentra.. had All the bells and whistles. Maxwell was our salesman he was wonderful so we decided on the blue car .. took it off the showroom floor. All the staff were so kind and very nice. It was the best experience of buying a car. I recommend Maxwell at Nissan.. He will give you what you want!!

Brandi was very helpful and kind. She was able to get me a rental car since it was going to take a few days to get the part. She called me when the part came in and let me know when my car was going to be finished. She was very thorough and was easy to talk to. I had a great experience!

Generally happy with the sales rep. and the cars I selected online before even going to the dealership. What’s been really disappointing is their warranty coverage and how it’s sold/cancelled. First car purchased through them was totaled and the cancellation of the warranty should have been handled in ‘about 10 days’. It took weeks of me contacting them and finally I had to go into the office and wait for a check to be prepared. Fast forward when we purchased the next set of cars we were told that the supreme QualityGuard coverage would cover all components and my deductible would be $100 - too good to be true even for the $2800 price. My mistake for trusting the finance guy selling me an extra product. Come to find out the ‘bumper to bumper’ coverage doesn’t include driver assistance like the back up camera. Selling warranty coverage just seems like a scam to increase their % of the sale. I don’t imagine canceling the warranty this time will be handled any faster.

My service writer Alex is great! Explains things thoroughly & let's me know of changes along the way. The service director Edgar is great as well! They are both very considerate & understanding of my needs. I know that I'm in good hands with these two gentlemen! & highly recommended them!

My first visit to Palm Springs Nissan was for an oil change and unknown to me they did not put my oil dip stick back. So I drove my car for 3 months without a dip stick. I only found out when I went to have my oil changed at another location so as soon as I could I went back to them and asked for the manager. He proceeded to tell me that he had my dip stick they just did not know which car it had come out of. I took this as a human error My second trip to this dealership was because my car was dead. They told me that it was the alternator and they replaced it. The day after all of a sudden my air conditioner stopped working. I called and asked if they had done anything to cause this I was told that they didn't touch anything on my car to cause the air conditioner not to work and that I should bring it in to have them fix the air conditioner ( at a cost ). I decided to have a friend look at it and add some Freon. As he was adding it I looked down and said Luis is that the alternator which he replied yes. I told him what the dealership had told me. So I preceded to drive straight to the dealership. I spoke to the manager again and he said he would take care of it. No offer to compensate me for my time. Being a glutton for punishment I went back to have them check my car out because it was not running correctly. I was told that I needed a new timing belt which would cost $3600 I told him that the car was not worth $3600 so I would just drive it into the ground. I decided to take my car to a local mechanic. This is where I was told that my car did not have a timing belt that it had a timing chain and that it did not need to be replaced. That there was a mis firing spark plug and a bad coil Needless to say I will not be going back to Palm Springs Nissan for anything My car is now running like new Thanks Country Club Mobil

Palm Springs Nissan is really exceptional. I just purchased my third Nissan from this dealership. They always provide great customer service and a great deal. The sales team here always makes me feel very welcome and will do whatever is necessary to find the right car at the right price. I have never been disappointed. And the service department is outstanding. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. They will always be my go to for Nissan cars.

Yeah literally none of the employees wear masks correctly. All of them have them half on or well below their nose. Not a great look in a pandemic, just reckless and dumb

Stormy, Manny, Seth the financial manager and Loab was great!!!! They made my family feel like a part of their family!!! Usually buying a new car is such a long process and no one really wants to be there for that long but our experience was fast and also we wouldn’t have mind staying for long everyone was so friendly and helpful! WE DEFINITELY APPRECIATE LOAB’s HOSPITALITY!! He stated he was the General Sales Manager he was welcoming and showed excellent customer service! I have been to dealerships several times to try to purchase a car and normally when I do, I never get a chance to interact with the GM.. so. I think that really shows a lot about him! He definitely takes time to assist his customers and make sure that we are satisfied. I will recommend everyone I know there

Moses Ramirez, our salesman, was fabulous in hearing what we needed and wanted. He was able to guide us to the best car for our family. Once the usually dreaded time of "talking numbers" began, the finance manager, Loab, spoke to us about all our concerns about purchasing a car prior to running the numbers. All in all, we were very pleased with the service we were provided.
