Does solid work, especially with older European makes like BMW. Prices are comparable to local dealers and diagnostic fees can be high. Best suited for unusual issues, not routine repairs or maintenance. Can only give 4 stars due to price level.

I had an antifreeze leak on my 2014 Mini Paceman. The folks at International Motors have a thorough understanding of Mini Cooper cars and did a good job of fixing the antifreeze leak issues as well as other items that needed maintenance.

I asked to get a quote to install a new battery in my old BMW. The moron on the phone said they couldn't do a quote because he couldn't see the car. I called three other shops and got quotes right away.

I brought my car there several times each time they told me the repair that was needed would cost over a thousand dollars. No problem I trusted them, what a mistake that was. I kept getting an engine warning light so I took it in only to be told I needed a major repair. This time I finally said no and went to the dealer. They took video of a hose that had been leaking. They also advised that the previous repair was not to Audi standards. The Check Engine Light was on because water reservoir was low or empty. I could have damaged my engine. I won't even get started on the quote they gave me to replace the led screen. If you own an Audi, do yourself a favor and visit the dealer. Stay far away from this place.

$450 just to let you know what is going on with your vehicle (I think it pricey) ...the vehicle left the shop the same it went in (not fixed) I think the cost would've been $2000+ I needed wires fixed (sensors ..belt snapped)) they were more concerned about the oil pan gasket "leaking" also saying they need to check the oil pan for little bits of belt that might have made it in the oil pan??? And It might seize up the motor ??? Scare tactics. $450 out the door

I purchased this 2012 BMW 75li that needed some work. Gorgeous interior, exterior and underbody, but it hadn't been serviced in 30,000 miles and had a drive drivetrain error and check engine light illuminated. Got a good price and my wife fell in love with it, so away we went. I had done quite a bit research, and had a pretty good idea what it was going to take to go down the checklist to figure out what was going on. I also knew it could be expensive. I was referred to International Motors by Valley Smog And Auto Repair. I trusted the guys at Valley so I called Fred with International. I let Fred know I wasn't in a hurry but he got back to me in two and told me what needed done. They send you this awesome online itemized list of issues with the car, and you can check the ones you want fixed, or not, with prices included. Works really efficiently. They went to work right away, fixed the car quickly and the price was less than expected. These guys know what they're doing, and they do it fast. My experience was excellent, I recommend these guys highly.Rod GillespieBermuda Dunes

My convertible top ceased working and I made an appointment to have my Mercedes Benz inspected to determine the cause and to obtain an estimate to repair it. Fred booked me in for the next day, and I presented myself at his business the following morning. When I was presented a pre-work contract, I was told that the investigation to determine the cause of the faulty top operation would cost $545. I was shocked. This was higher than the local dealership for the same issue. I took the car to another nearby repair shop and learned that the fluid was low for the hydraulic motor and with the investment of $20 my convertible top was fixed. Unfortunately Fred will have to find another pigeon to harvest.
