I scheduled an appointment with the Firestone (Cathedral City) Manager, Jeff, to have a complete vehicle inspection done on my 2010 Ford Mustang GT Coupe. The wait time was reasonable. After the inspection, Jeff went through the inspection information with me. After I got home, I looked carefully through the inspection sheet again. That generated several questions on my part, so I called Jeff and asked if it would be possible to schedule an appointment with him to go over the questions I had. He said "Sure.". We scheduled the appointment. During that appointment, Jeff answered all of my questions completely and respectfully. He was very thorough and spent a considerable amount of time with me. During that appointment, I felt like Jeff was able to communicate so effectively and throughly that I felt like his feedback was being delivered as a valued friend. The man is amazing. I truly hope Firestone Corporate appreciates what Jeff brings to the table as a store manager. 98% of all managers in this area should take the time to visit the Firestone Store in Cathedral City to observe Jeff in action. They would all leave with a clear understanding of customer service at it's finest. Thank you Jeff! You established a personal and business relationship that will last a lifetime. I called one of their competitors in Cathedral City before considering Firestone. I was quoted $140 for a complete vehicle inspection. Firestone charged me $9.99. That's NOT a typo. Nine dollars and ninety nine cents.

Jeff is polite and professional. Great attitude and very helpful. My oil gasket supposedly is changed I noticed oil drop in my garage floor .

Took Mercedes c300 to get a new front tire. I asked for a quote to get the TPMS sensor fixed (computer was showing it was missing), they told me they "scanned" the car and all 4 were missing. I told them to forget it (didn't make sense my computer said one thing and they tell me another story). The same day my hood light starts malfunctioning (says hood is open when it is not) and then car alarm goes off randomly. Left town the next day so couldn't bring it back. Took it to a repair shop a week later (after traveling across country with these problems) and was told they would have to take off the tires to see if the TPMS sensors were missing. Had to pay over $500 to get the car fixed.

Manager Jeff and Christian are the best!!! They helped me get the right size tires for my suv and got me back on the road within 1.5 hours. The place is super clean and guys were professional and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!!

He help me in any way he can do to save time money and future damage in my car if I ignore what's going on in my car. I wish I could write more every time I visit the shop, however the last time I visited was on Dec 26, 2023 is a semi major expense but worth it.Thank you so much Jeff and Happy Selling,Freddy

Took my car for an oil change at Firestone, and I am over the moon with their service! My car was ready right away, gave me a detail report and Jeff went over it with me so that I understood what my car needed. Even gave me a visual explanation! Exceptional customer service! Thank you Jeff!

Running with a dead battery… Stopped into O’Reillys… Miguel recommended Firestone… For a complete assessment… Came and deal with JEFF… Understaffed and stress, you would know… Excellent customer care service… Told me expectations from front to finish… Could’ve sold me for an alternator… Wouldn’t have known that difference… But he didn’t… Great place to come… I was just passing through… Very lucky to have dealt with JEFF and fire stone here in Cathedral city…
