Ferguson plumbing in Cathedral city is not only rude to customers for returning merchandise that would not work for us , the manager is in on it and continues to be rude after catching them giving me a $997.00 dollar invoice that was supposed to go back to my credit card and instead put it down as cash replacement and I never received cash from them this is after taking $310 dollars from me for restock fee they thought it would be cute to tell me I'll receive it on my credit card when the invoice said cash refund , what a dirty move and for the manager to think this was a simply mistake he had an attitude with me as if they knew what they did ! Beware faulty business is happening over there .

Wow! What a great experience I had working with John D at Ferguson Plumbing Supply. He was professional, patient and provided a great customer experience. The plumbing problem I had was challenging and involved old parts. It wasn't a quick fix. John never gave up and involved the manufacture as well as other on-hand experts to weigh in on the problem. He spent quality time working with me, which in the end produced a positive result. One more thing, being a woman, I have at times felt disrespected in this male dominated industry. John didn't go there nor did anyone else that I encountered at Ferguson. I was valued just like every other professional that walked in the door. Thank you Ferguson and thank you John D for knowing how to put the customer-first and get the job done right.

Excellent customer service experience from John and Jose. John went out of his way to research solutions to replace a European Kitchen Faucet and Sprayer; super patient and diligent and a great first time experience.

They won’t call me back. They are disorganized. You can’t reach a manager or anyone on showroom floor by phone. They have the wrong labels on products on showroom floor so you can’t find it to order. And no one wants to help on showroom floor — this is a place for insider contractors and their super rich clients. It’s not for regular people like me.

I have no experience with this store. This is in regards to build.com which is Ferguson online.Horrible customer service took 3 days and several attempts to correct an order with ZERO luck.5 days later I get an apology e mail that was worthless and never offered to help correct the situation

Great customer service hardly review people but this place was great especially when John helps you great guy and will show you different ways and formats on how to do things or you options would recommend to anyone that need plumbing needs.

Ferguson was recommended by our contractor for our plumbing needs. While our first interaction with Suzane was pleasant, the lack of customer service, response to emails and phone calls we t beyond poor customer service. In addition, all product that we selected and ordered were in stock, but now after 12 weeks we're still waiting on product and they cannot seem to provide any sort of ETA and continue to blame everything on Covid and weather. While we certainly understand that COVID has caused many challenges, they're hiding behind it as their excuse fir their failing and mishaps, from not placing orders once approved etc. We may not be a large enough purchase order in their world, but one would think a reputable and professional company would treat all of their clients equally. I cant begin to e press my utter disappointment with Ferguson, but hopes this provides a glimpse and is enough to give people pause prior to selecting Ferguson their vendor
