The Cathedral City Don Roberto Jewelers helped size a new watch by removing a few links from the band. I happened to notice they carry a good selection of Citizen watches ---my favorite brand-- and others watch brands also. I will have to come back here for my next Citizen watch. Karina was very kind while showing me new watches and also helped me find diamond post earrings in my budget range. This jeweler has a very large selection of all types of fine jewelry in all price ranges. I appreciate their help and very nice staff---Thanks a lot!!!!!

Excellent service. This is the first time I have been here. Came in today to have some watches sized. They were quick and courteous. I did see they have a beautiful selection of men’s watches. I think I will have to come back and buy myself a Christmas present. ?

Store opened after their listed opening time and then told me they could not change a watch battery. They were nice about it and suggested another store but still annoying.

Needed a ring cleaned and Melissa went above and beyond to make the ring look good as new at no charge, she also gave me a high quality cloth in which to store the ring in to protect it moving forward. All good vibes here!!

I have bought two pieces of gold jewelry for my girlfriend at this place. First time I came in I ask what I wanted and needed, that was a gold pendent cross, Don Roberto Jewelers came to me with such a family welcoming and great professionalism when I asked for help. The second time I came in was for my girlfriends birthday gift and I received the same warm welcoming and great professionalism of there products. The women here are fantastic. Every time I walk in they greet me with warm smiles and a great attitude. They go beyond by often offering a drink, which is very much appreciated here in our desert oasis. The jewelry is beautiful and it's a great place to get started on your credit. They work with you and explain every detail of the your transactions. Been a member since 2014 and i don't see an end in sight.
