I can't be anymore grateful for Danny Ramos who works as a service advisor for the mechanic portion of the dealership . Not only has his work been absolutely incredible (I never return for the same issue) but his whole attitude and demeanor really magnify the great customer experience for me. I would recommend any repairs or maintenance to be done here and be sure to ask for Danny, he's the best.

I bought a used 2022 Kia Telluride from Crystal Chrysler. While that experience was good, getting service at the dealership was NOT. There is an online service booking system. I tried it five times over three days. It did not work. There was also an online chat system (Crystal CDJR). I ended up using that service seeking to book a service appointment. I provided the information requested (took over 5 minutes), and was told I could expect a call, text or email back. I never heard anything. I ended up phoning to book an appointment. I made it clear that it was for a Kia Telluride purchased used from Crystal Chrysler. The person at Crystal Chrysler was able to find the vehicle and confirmed an appointment. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told: (a) the online booking system doesn't work; (b) the Crystal CDJR doesn't really work either; (c) the person who booked the appointment failed to flag the make/model, so the dealership did not have the parts; etc. I was frustrated, mostly because the person (Crystal) who met me when I arrived made it feel like it was my fault, and failed to take ownership of the situation. I was also told that there were only two service techs on duty, so the service could not start (even an oil change would take 2 hours). Bottom line, this is one of the worst car service experiences I have ever encountered, and I most certainly will NEVER GO BACK.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced at any Dodge dealership and these people are lazy they don't want to do anything to help your situation or to answer any of your questions and I was just going to get nitrous air put in my tires and they give me this huge runaround over the phone terrible man I'll never go to this place ever again.

Took my new Jeep Wrangler for her first oil change. 45 minutes and it's done. My 6 mile home drive my driveway is full of oil and just leaking away from underneath. I drive back to the dealership and 50 minutes later they said their was a crack in the filter. And the cap was not completely on so oil got all over my engine and everywhere in the under carriage. They replaced the crack filter and pressure washed all the oil from below and my engine. Got home and still smelled like burning oil. I was pretty disappointed because this is my new car with only 5700 miles on it. Don't think I can take my car there again. Alex my service rep was very nice and I appreciated all he did for me but for the technicians that work on the cars this was something that could have been avoided.

Called concerning two recall notices for my 2021 Grand Cherokee L . Service switched me to parts who then switched me back to service where I left an unreturned voicemail requesting an appointment with service. Nothing further. Similar absence of service from each visit to purchase or lease a new vehicle.

I purchased a Jeep. As is it was supposed to be a four-wheel drive . Since June 1 2023 I've been trying to resolve this matter. Namely all I get is a pattern and practice of BS. I get numerous calls from the salesperson wanting to show me four-wheel drive Jeeps as a replacement it's been about 25 days and they haven't showed me one vehicle. The general manager fails to return my calls. The salesperson says he will call me in terms of showing me a replacement vehicle. When it comes time for me to see the vehicle he doesn't call or set up an appointment.I informed the salesman that I didn't want any add-ons on my purchase contract. They kept me waiting 3 hours in the late afternoon before they began to write up my sales contract . I'm nearly 83 years old and I was totally exhausted and spent . I feel they took advantage of my age by keeping me waiting . They snuck in their own contract for exterior paint warranty . That was $444. When the sales write up guy went over the contract he explain that my 2016 Jeep Renegade contract would cover for paint damage and Cetera . I trusted the guy but he snuck in that $444 and didn't disclose that to me .I mortgage my home so I could buy a four-wheel drive because I live in the high desert and it floods and I have been stranded for more than a week . When I purchased this Jeep which was supposed to be a four-wheel drive the salesperson showed me how to put it in four wheel drive three times . He failed to disclose it was second and not four-wheel drive. I discovered unfair business when I returned home.Fool me once shame on you for me twice shame on me. 3 years earlier I bought a 2015 Ford Focus. They added on, which I did not want, and over $900 charge for auto of theft (KAR) they failed to disclose this to me since I thought it was a mechanism that came with the car I would be charged for.Cathedral City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram does not have a 72-hour cooling off. When you buy a vehicle. You have to buy $174 insurance contract with them to get a cooling off. Many dealers and many online dealers off of that for nothing.I have degenerated arthritis in my lower back and two herniated disc such that I could not crawl under the vehicle to make sure it had two axles thus for a four-wheel drive..The last time I heard from the salesman, Ernie sanchez, he said they have a cheap Renegade 4x4 for me. I haven't heard from him since. Like I said I feel this is an egregious case of Elder abuse. This is the third vehicle it's a verbally show voted for me but since June 4th may I have not seen one vehicle as a replacement or a repurchase .This is been a horrible nightmare for me. And I've used all my savings for a four-wheel drive that was necessary and now I have nothing thanks to Cathedral City Chrysler Dodge and Jeep Center . My opinion is that these people are Crooks and they don't care once they get the money I paid cash for it a 2016 Jeep four-wheel drive that's not a four-wheel drive I'd advise based on my experience stay away from Cathedral City Chrysler Dodge Jeep used cars people buy your vehicle online because they'll give you a 72 hour Cooling off. And they will home deliver it and you get a much better deal, a cheaper price.

If I could give zero stars I would. Unorganized and lack of communication. Based on my observations of other customers in the waiting area, I am not alone in my disappointment here.We waited almost 3 weeks for a very basic diagnostic appointment when our check engine light came on. I finally dropped off at 8:30am and was told that they would try and get a diagnosis for my car by end of day. 3 days later they still hadn't even looked at the car to diagnose it! When I inquired what the hold up was, the response was that an appointment 'just guarantees your spot in line.' Then Michael said "we have cars that have been there for months." Maybe those customers are lucky enough to have more than one car. Regardless a diagnosis should not take that long. Complete waste of time and terrible management. I will never bring our jeep here again. If you are that backed up, take accountability and be up front with customers; simply stop taking appointments. You need a management and customer service overhaul. Avoid this place at all costs. Worth going somewhere else.

Great experience for a standard maintenance job, communication was very good, also super flexible when I wasn't able to pick up the car on time. They were on time, I wasn't.... Great customer service and quality work, will come back!

I have bought 3 cars from this company. They have been really good to me until the last car. You make an appointment to bring your car in and the car sits there overnight. Sometimes a couple of days. Please tell me CHRYSLER, what is the reason for appointments? If your car just sits there? I will never buy another car from you guys if this service PROBLEM you have does not get fixed. Hire more people or stop giving out appointments until you get caught up.

I dropped my car off with a minor issue (gas guage not working). They kept it for ten days and it did not get fixed. Run, don't walk, away from this dealership. It seems to be an organiazation in complete disarray.

I took my car here on a recall this is the fifth time I took my car here and had a problem after I got a call to make an appointment on October 4th I dropped my car off and I asked to have the check engine light which was going off and on I wanted to know what that problem was before I can make it home good I get a call from Sergio stating that my right rear tire needs a lining I'll go what the heck it's in there anyway go ahead I call the next day nothing's done I was told maybe tomorrow you'll get your car back it was kind of strange but I accepted but I did let them know that I need my car for work and it can't just sit there and and I not use it so right before closing of course they call me and tell me your car is ready to be picked up when I walk in the office it's almost no one there of course it's late so I got given my keys and I sign pay $244 for nothing and I proceed to leave when I get close to home I get a light to come on saying my tire pressure is low now if the dealer just worked on my tires and gave me a sheet of paper stating that all my tires were good and in the green why would my tire pressure be low made a call very quick and explain a tire pressure is low the tire pressure has never been low I don't know why it's low after I bring it to you make a long story short or maybe something went wrong bring your car back which I found observed I am really upset with this Chrysler dealer I love my Chrysler this is my second one I spoke with Todd who is the service manager and he told me that he could help me out but if I paid $244 I think I should get the service that I was supposed to get not a help out I really would like for this problem to resolve I filed a claim the claim adjuster told me that she stands for the dealer and if I don't take my car back to them it's nothing that the claim adjusters can do for me this is observed.. Having been loyal customers to this establishment and recommending them continually to friends and family I am now beyond angry at the treatment we have received from this dealership. Our vehicle went in for a vibration and it turns out the car needs a complete motor. Problem is there are no replacement motors! We are 6th in line for other customers waiting as far back as Sept 2021. In the mean time neither the dealer or corporation will do anything to help the situation.No loaner, no assistance for a rental and no time frame for a resolution, nothing. We inquired about Crystal Chrysler buying back the car and we received a semi-fair offer from Ivan in sales. After several calls confirming this offer we went and purchased another vehicle to have transportaion. When we went in to release the vehicle we sat in the dealership from 11:30 am - 2:00 pm to only be told "sorry, we cannot buy back the vehicle because we don't know when a motor will be available" ARE YOU KIDDING ME! They knew that from the beginning. Because of Ivan, and his mystery boss, that lied to us we now have a car we are making payments on that is useless and a new car to make payments on. We were proud owners of two Dodge vehicles. Now we have one sitting on their lot for who knows how long. And got rid of the other before it broke down with no parts to fix it because it too has had major motor problems The only person we have dealt with through this disaster is Alex in service. He is helpful and patient but has his hands tied with a company/corporation that Crystal Clearly cares nothing about their customer. Stellantis, the current owner of Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep/Ram, is another corporation that has gotten to big and cares little about anything but their bottom line.
