Absolutely & not only is this a outstanding business but the gentleman that helped me is one heck of a great guy. And on top of not only helping me, he stepped away from his family that he was having lunch with at the time. Plus impeccable service & work. If I could give more stars I would. Definitely a eleven out of ten!

Great place. Full service vacuum repair shop. Had a belt replaced in a Dirt Devil hand vac. I am so pleased with the service that I will soon bring another vacuum there and have referred others to use the shop as well.

Service like this is not to be found! Sergio knows how to treat people! took us on short notice from yucca valley and fixed our issue and then some! our older vacuum looked new again & he fixed a loose handle at no charge. Did I say also reasonable?! thank you Sergio! we need someone like you in yucca - will tell everyone where to come. bless you & thank you! John & Linda

I am new to the area and didn't have any idea where to go. A friend recommended Commercial Vacuum and I am very pleased with the service. The owner is very pleasant and trustworthy. I had a Miele vacuum and wasn't sure what was wrong with it. Not only did he fix the vacuum, he also gave me a few accessories I had lost during the move to the desert. I highly recommend this business!!

Just took our Dyson in - had stopped charging. Battery was replaced and a tune up done. Good honest work and not a rip-off. Man takes pride in his work and his service. Super satisfied. Would not hesitate to recommend to a friend!

Excellent service. Came in with a Dyson vacuum that would not charge. Hoping that it was a battery. Had gone to two other places and they just blew us off and both told us just to order a battery and see if that fixed the problem. Commercial Vacuum took the machine and said likely was battery but would check it over, etc. Next day phone all to pick up - yes battery and it had to be serviced as I had not been cleaning the filters properly (would have been useful to read the instruction manual on my part - lesson learned). So, for the price of a battery and a wee cleaning out, we have a very happy vacuum now. Very professional and upfront service. Definitely not a rip off. They actually care about the customer and the work is top notch. Would unreservedly recommend them to friends.

Took my vac there beginning of last week. Roller wouldn't turn and, in general, needed a tune up. Told him the problem and that there was no rush, I had a backup cleaner. Called me same week, work was done, price was fair and the vac works like new. He knows what he is doing and does good work on a timely basis and doesn't rob you.

I just moved into a new house and could not get the central vacuum system to work. I called Commercial Vacuum Center and spoke with Sergio, told him my housekeeper was here and needed to use the system. He came out immediately and new exactly what to do to get us up and running. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend CVC to anyone.

I took my brand new Oreck canister to get repaired. Just picked it up. I noticed the middle pole was missing. So I will have to vacuum bent over because the pole from the sweeper is only 1ft. . I called him & he said he doesn't know what happened to it trying to say I never gave it to him. I gave him all the parts because I didn't know what was wrong with it. He said he wouldn't talk to me because I'm upset ! I have the buyers that bought my home doing the final walk through tomorrow & now I have to vacuum bent over because he lost or kept my pole ! Very bad service ! Never called me to say why the brush wan't spinning and didn't even let me know it was ready ! I had to call them because I need my vaccum ! Now he said he will call me if he finds the part ! Very unprofessional & lousy service ! Write down everything & all parts on the ticket he gives you so he can't lie about not having your part ! 400.00 vacuum & he cares nothing about losing an important part ! Unacceptable ! Sat. I tried my vaccum today because I have the buyer's doing their final walk through @ 2pm. I took the vaccum in because the brush wasn't spinning. I turned it on & the brush still isn't spinning ! Never fixed it & charged me 50.00 for nothing !! I do NOT recommend this place period !!

Warning!!! I brought by $1300 Kirby Vacuum cleaner into Commercial for service . There was a clicking noise in the wheel. Sergio the owner of the business took care of me. He told me it would be $30 to diagnose the problem. He told me the $30 would apply to any repairs that need to be done. He said usually that problem is the transmission. I told him the vacuum cleaner is less than a-year-old it's not the transmission. When the vacuum cleaner in neutral not drive makes a clicking noise that's the only problem. When it's in drive it works just fine. I called Kirby and they told me that the axle needs to be greased by the drive Cog and the drive lever needs to be adjusted and it's a quick fix with no parts needed. That was the only problem. A simple fix. Sergio called me and said the charge would be $55 for servicing and that the problem is fixed. I have a voicemail from him stating the problem was fixed. Period! FYI I played back his message to my m bank because I request a refund and disputed the charge for services not delivered. He did nothing. He claims it needs a new transmission still. I went to pick up the vacuum cleaner and paid the $55 but the problem wasn't fixed! Before I took the vacuum cleaner back I explained to the woman behind the counter that the problem was not fixed. She only spoke broken English . She called Sergio and I spoke to him on the phone explaining to him that the problem was not fixed. He said he cleaned out the roller and did a service on the cleaner. Not what I requested. He started in with me again telling me it's the transmission. I told him I looked up the problem on YouTube and that I called Kirby and that was not the problem . The conversation got heated and quickly south. The lady said I had to pay the $55.00 before I took my vacuum. It wasn't her fault and I didn't want to get her in trouble. She got Sergio back on the phone. We agreed that I would bring the vacuum back in and he would look at it and he would refund my $25.00 additional charges. I told him I want a total refund because I told what the problem was and he didn't listen to me and I believe he didn't even touch the vacuum. He said we can discuss it the following day and like two grown adults come to an agreement. I did exactly that. I was at his shop at 10, 10.30 and returned again at 11. The Open Sign was on and the shop lights were on. All three times I wen to his shop the door was locked and I made a good faith effort to do as he asked. I even called the number to the store and there was no answer and that a voicemail box was full. He was messing with me and my patience. I decided to call the bank on my third visit that morning and dispute the charges. I called Ralph's Vacuum Repair in Palm Desert and they did not service Kirby but referred me too Midway Vacuum Repair in nearby Indio. The owner knew exactly what the problem was and told me it would be $75.00 to fix the problem and that it would cover a complete service with a new belt and a new bag. I brought it right over and was informed the Vacuum was never serviced. Commercial Vacuum Center was trying too rip me off for a $600.00 transmission.. Whatever you do don't pay him or give him your business. He doesn't know what the hell he's doing and he's a thief!!!! He didn't even perform a service on the vacuum cleaner he did absolutely nothing and I paid him $55 in good faith. It's too bad that he gives small business a bad name. Whatever you do give your business to Midway Vacuum and Janitorial Supply. It's really unfortunate.
