I was in need of new appliances. After looking, and realizing the high cost of new appliances, I opted for used appliances. I found All Desert Appliance and boy am I glad I did. The process was smooth from beginning to end. I was able to buy a washer and a dryer for the price of one from Best Buy/Home Depot/Lowe’s. My purchase came with a free 90 day warranty. The delivered and installed within 36 hours of my purchase with free haul away which was a BIG bonus.

Great owner and very knowledgeable when it comes to your home appliances, he saved me hundreds by replacing a simple $40 part on my Dryer. Didn’t know a simple wheel can cause so much noise to the point it sounded like it was falling apart.

Last week i had an issue with my ice maker, turns out All desert already had a guy out in my area (yucca valley) they were able fit me into their schedule to trouble shoot my issue and order the replacement part. By the end of the week they were able to replace the failed component, replace my refrigerator’s serviceable water filter and even added a water filter to my garage refrigerator. Will be my first call for any appliance needs from now on.

Bought a washer & dryer stackable 2 weeks ago. The washer works fine. The dryer however, makes a very loud noise. It sounds like the inner drum is rubbing on the inside. There’s also a burning smell, understandable bc of the sound. There’s no way I can run it for any period of time. I called Friday to see if I could get someone out to take a look. I was told when I bought the washer/dryer there is a 90 day warranty. No one called me back yesterday. I called again before they closed and no one answered. No resolution as of yet.
