Excellent customer service from start to finish, no pressure at all during the process. I submitted an inquiry online and received a call from Julio later the same day. It was late in the afternoon and he answered my questions, I asked for more pictures of the vehicle as I'm over an hour away from the dealership. He said no problem that Jorge in sales would be in contact with me first thing the following morning. Sure enough Jorge sent me pictures and a video, answered any and all questions I had! Came down to finish up the paperwork with Robert in finance and everything was a breeze. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

Kenny at Acura of the Desert service center is the guy to see for your car service needs! I own a Lexus and the Lexus dealership has been lacking in customer service and has even made me question the service advisors integrity ever since Kenny moved to Acura. I don't like to feel like I'm being upsold on services not required on my vehicle. Kenny is honest and straight forward about the needs of my car. I will be getting my Lexus serviced at Acura from here on out. Thanks Kenny!

Giving Acura of the desert 5 stars! The service dept has been exceptional! Angel was very detailed orientated, honest and overall great customer service. First and foremost I want to say thank you to service advisor Angel for going above and beyond to help me with all the expensive repairs on my 2006 Acura TL. I went in there very depressed because I have been to two other independent Acura shops, who did terrible work and could not be trusted to do the needed repairs correctly. I knew I was going to take it up the rear by having these repairs done at the dealer. But if you want quality repairs done right then you've got a pay the dealer rates. Angel was very sympathetic to my needs and concerns. He did everything he could to help ease the cost of all the repairs needed in addition to what had been found upon further inspection. I really appreciated everything Angel did for me. Plus he phoned me to keep me informed Throughout the project. Additionally, I'd also like to call out Steven in the parts department, who was also very sympathetic to my situation and he help me with the cost of my parts where he could. Since getting the car back and having all the needed repairs done, I just took a 300 mile road trip & the car felt and drove great. The engine was running very smooth and I'm really happy with the work that got done and feel confident that I can drive across the desert, which I do a lot without the worry of breaking down. I also want to thank Mario, the tech who did the work on my vehicle for taking the time to answer all my questions after the job was done to alleviate my concerns. He gave the car a clean bill of health now that all the repairs have been done. Thank you very much Acura the Desert, Angel, Stephen, and Mario. Job well done guys. Highly recommend Acura of the desert.

Called ahead before I arrived to make sure they could complete the task I had requested of them, a radio code retrieval, simply retrieving the radio access code so that I could input the code later. I was promised that the job would take no longer than a few minutes. I drove down from Yucca Valley, dropped off my car. 45 minutes later with no updates on the status of my car I asked for my car back, 20 minutes after asking for a status update and to return my car they finally brought it back around and let it sit outside in the rain with the windows down, not informing me that the car was ready for my pick up or explaining why it took them an hour to not retrieve the code.The service department is severely lacking in courtesy and timeliness. Will not be coming back to this location ever again for my maintenance needs, there are other more competent shops out there that do not charge an arm and a leg.

Went in for a oil change (A1) and they ended up replacing filters before they we needed and charged me over 330$Also forgot to wash carBeen there before and also had bad results. Won't go back. Bob

Oscar and Robert were amazing to work with. Oscar had all the answers to questions I had with the car and test drive. The atmosphere was friendly, relaxing lounge and even watched soccer !! Thank you Acura of the Desert your team is amazing! I definitely will recommend!

Absolutely amazing service! They weren't pushy but they answered all of our questions. We worked with Oscar and he was so helpful and made us feel comfortable through the entire process. Gil, the executive manager, came and introduced himself and also helped us when we decided to lease the car. Highly recommend this place. We also had a very unique situation because we are from Georgia and wanted to purchase the car here and then bring it home back to GA. They accommodated us due to this unique situation every step of the way! We leased the 2022 Acura TLX A Spec and are loving it!

I’ve always had good experiences with Acura dealerships (6 Acuras so far), but trading in my lease at Acura of the Desert (Cathedral City, CA) was beyond superb! Gil, the manager, was completely upfront from the beginning, and when I verified what he said about financing my trade in, he was spot on. There was no need to haggle, and I my expectations were actually exceeded when I traded in my 2020 TLX SH-AWD lease for my 2022 RDX A-Spec SH-AWD lease yesterday. The improvements in technology design in just 2 years are impressive, and Oscar was very patient with me as he explained all the new features. And when Gil called me to tell me that my RDX was ready and was “sitting in the showroom with a ribbon on it”, I assumed he was joking—but it literally was. Nice touch! I am very happy with my lease, and if you are an Acura fan like I am, I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend Acura of the Desert for your next car.

Worth service ever and not honest and just want charge you as much as they can, after paying Almost $ 1000 they left the Car not clean and not even wash. I do not mind to pay more if you will get a good service. Last time to go there. To waste your time and money there.

I have owned several Acuras, and I've always had excellent service. In the last few weeks I've needed guidance regarding the use of my new i-Phone connection. Gary has been very patient as I encounter the ever-evolving technology in my car. He is very knowledgeable and his directions are clear and easy to follow. I can navigate the system without problem because of his instructions. Thank you Gary!

Purchasing a car at Acura of the Desert was the best experience! Being a car geek, I've purchased A LOT of cars, suv's and trucks. It has never been so seamless and easy. These people are genuinely kind and helpful. Oscar went above and beyond to get me in to a car that is perfect for me at a price that blew the competition away. My story was unfortunate in that my other car was lemoned with a different auto maker who then did not honor their promises. I am so happy to be a new member of the Acrua family. I cannot recommend them enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
