This is my third experience with POD and each time I’ve used them they have been very professional and make the move very easy. They really took a load off of my mind when we were between homes for nearly 2 months, we were able to store two PODS in their storage facility. Only had to load and unload once rather than all the transactions it would have taken to use a storage company. They’re much better than a moving company. I would And their storage facility. Were much better than a moving company. I would highly recommend pods for anybody looking for a storage or moving solution.

Water got in my PODS. Electronics equipment worth tens of thousands of dollars was exposed to high humidity likely, for a month or two. I cannot assess if the equipment is still working or not until I set it all up, which is not possible at this time.I reached out to the company a few days ago and crickets. Now they send me this survey, apparently oblivious to the fact that my equipment and a piece of furniture may be ruined and I wasted several hundred dollars a month, for apx. seven months, paying for their worthless PODS.If you need to store anything of value, use something other than PODS.

Very convenient solution for moving. More expensive than a U-Haul, but the pod is much easier to load since it is ground level and you don't have to drive it yourself. I highly recommend as a good balance between cost and convenience!

Drivers are very rude, timing of shipping was delayed,pick up driver damaged my drive way. I called and informed the company of what happened and was told I would get a compensation for the experience we had. But nothing happened.
