The workouts a okay. If you plan to do the Challenge really think about the commitment and consider that every body is different and that all the results are not the same.

This is the second Camp I’ve been a part of and I love the sessions. The workouts are tough but well thought out/effective. And the staff is fantastic as well (Mariah, Evette, Krista, Joey, and Sophia!).
