Purchased part from website. No response to email inquiries and no phone number to reach company. No tracking number provided for shipping. After 2 weeks of no communication, I was prepared to order from another company and cancel this order when the part finally arrived. It was shipped priority USPS, so was delayed in being mailed out. Great part, but poor customer service.

Save yourself a headache and order from someone different. I ordered some bushing they took my payment after several weeks I never received my item or any word from them. I tried contacting them about 6 times and never heard a thing. Truly a terrible company

I honestly think that most people that leave reviews are the ones that for one reason or another had a bad experience, because the ones that are good and have no issues move on with their lives. Now in regards to my experience, coming from one business to another, I made several emails and got responded to every time. I ordered bushings and received them within days of paying. I have had nothing but a positive experience and will continue to business with TM Engineering for a long time.

I'm waiting on a tracking number for an order placed over a week ago. I communicate with them and my emails and calls are ignored. I filed a PayPal dispute to be on the safe side in case there is fraud. Very frustrating that I've never done business like this before. My time is valuable and obviously they are in business to waste it. Very disappointing experience thus far. I'll update this post as I receive feedback from TM Engineering or PayPal ... whichever comes first. *UPDATE 2/21/18 TM Engineering issued a refund thru Paypal without any additional communication so much as an apology or explanation .. very poor company to do business with. Lists a product for sale, accepts your payment then immediately issues a refund after a request for tracking number? Let's be honest .. The product never existed and they lack the business integrity to back it up. BUYER BEWARE!! *UPDATE 2/22/18 10:46pm - TM Engineering sent the following... VERBATIM no additional info, no name, no additional contact info. "Paypal already deducted the money from us. The item is probably on the way from the mfg, but since we aren't paid, we just accepted the refund that was already in progress." This business doesn't answer calls nor emails during normal business hrs, then makes claims in circle j*** fashion thru an email sent at the 11th hr of the day. Not a business that is serious about delivering and customer service. Simply communicating to me that the product is on backorder would have sufficed. What's the point in buying online unsuccessfully just to try again. This is clearly a DEAD BUSINESS!!!
