Shoutout to Miguel for being so accommodating!
Background: I was at the Downey store and they ran out of the tiles I wanted. The Carson store still had in stock so I paid for 4 boxes in Downey and said to pick them up straight away in Carson.
It took me 20 min to get there and I got there at 7:40pm. When I talked the first CSR, she said she could not help me because I arrived after 7:30pm - which is after their cut-off time for pick ups. I mentioned that I was directed by the Downey staff to go straight to the store. She was being firm and not helpful. Then Miguel stepped in and said he could my boxes in 5 min and he did!
5 stars for Miguel. Lost a star for the first interaction.

I have called Carson Floor & Decor for 3 days and have NOT had a live person to answer the phone and they are holding my wood flooring & bathroom tiles!! Unbelievable....what is going on? Why are they not answering their phones?

Floor & Decor has a wide selection of flooring and tile. They also have samples of decorated areas. They have a lot to choose from. However, it is a huge store with a lot of walking involved.
The only negative aspect is the store staff could be friendlier and make customers feel welcome.

If I could I would leave 1 star. Do not order online. They are soooo slow at brining out orders. My husband waited an entire hour. And the gentleman moving the forklift to bring out larger items was on his phone the entire time. Save you time, don’t go here and don’t order online.

Worst Service, no communication, they lie about the wait time. The manager Amanda was not helpful, she's rude, no eye contact at all and she allowed another worker lie in front of the customer. She said she was the manager but lack manager skills and customer service. She was not accommodating and had I not gone in there to complain of the wait time to pick up, over 1 hour (they were not busy, standing around doing nothing) I'd probably still be waiting. I also witness another customer complained, asking for help but the employee walked away real fast and didn't assist. Amanda needs training on how to lead her employees. Attitude reflects leadership and obviously Amamda shows no leadership skills.

In short: Decent prices, an OK selection, and quasi - knowledgable staff. We bought tile due to price (easy on the budget) and availability.
