My girlfriend/partner and I become stuck in a serious situation in the truckee area (out of our control and unrelated to tires) that pushed our limits to the breaking point, We had a punctured tire simultaneously with no time or bandwidth to deal with.
The amazing guys at Stone’s Country Tires selflessly repaired the tire (before they were even open, with zero $ charge) and had us on our way in less than 15 minutes!
It may be hard to imagine how a tire repair could be game changing, but when it coincides with a significant life event, it very definitely can be.

I could drop my rental car off at the airport in Reno on my way out of town but then would have no way to get home when I returned. Jason drove it to long term parking at the airport in Reno (45 minutes!) for me when he was done with it and sent me photos of where it was parked.
