I live here right now and this is a quite clean place to live. I take care of my 90 year old mom and if I dident think this place was safe I would not stay here. As for the review showing pictures of some white substance on the ground I call that fake I live on that fence line and never seen anything like that. The only problem I have is an ongoing feud with the gardener. He is rude and disrespectful. Here is a couple of pictures along same fence line. I did the pathway and the gardener took offense that I went to management and not him.

Lived there since 2011. At first it was senior apartments with calm residents. Rent was $735 for 2 bedrooms.

I lived in this place for two years. Loved it. So calm, clean, family oriented. The management are awesome!!

The worst management ever. My wife and I repeatedly reported homeless, drunk, and people with drugs who live their or cross the gate which is always open but they did nothing about it. The management is too lazy to open the gate for FedEx people so she leaves it open and people properties always got stolen.. they have bad service and maintenance even I requested it several time but they didn’t do anything. This place is not safe for your family or children. This what they hide behind the scenes, watch the photos. Just find another place, this place sucks !!

The worst management ever, since few months I'm going there to ask for available apartment, and every time they asking me to write down my name and they will call me, but they never called me, it seems that they have their own people, because even the management they don't care about you when you go and ask for available apartments they just want to show you that they are cares that's why they asking you to write down your name.
