Outstanding service and friendly!I am exceedingly satisfied with Lukin’s service. I brought my 1963 Omega Seamaster Deville into their shop back in Nov for a full service. After two months, my watch is in better condition than when I first bought it! All new parts from Omega! If you live in Sacramento or the surrounding areas, I highly recommend you come to Lukin’s.

Amazing, fast, and honest watch repair shop. They give you fair prices for repairs and even sell a few models and watch bands in the shop just in case you are in a bind. I've never had them try to sell me anything or push any big repair. If it takes less than 2 minutes to change the battery or remove your links, they don't even charge you.

I was unsure what to do with my vintage Corum Bubble automatic as it was running slow by about a minute a day. There are tons of luxury watches out there but servicing them seems to be a lost art. I chanced upon bringing it in to Lukins and after an overhaul it is running perfectly. The owner is a gentlemen and would definitely trust him to work on my luxury watch which at least for me was a pricey investment.

Vlad was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful when I walked in to have my Invicta watch band adjusted. He removed the links and fit me up within fifteen minutes at a fair price, all while having a conversation with me. I found his customer service excellent and I will be back here to have my other watches serviced. Can't recommend this place enough..

My problem couldn't be fixed but the way he told me was rude. Real short with me. Felt like a 3rd rate citizen since it wasn't a luxery watch I brought in.

Super helpful with my Citizen EcoDrive (from the 90s), and when it turned out the new part it needed wouldn't work in an older watch, they didn't charge a dime, even though they had taken the time to order the part, try the part, and reassemble the watch. I couldn't believe it. Incredible customer service.

Wasn't sure what the problem was with my watch and I was in and out of there within 15 mins with it ticking away beautifully. Just a loose hand it turned out, but the service was quick and affordable, and he was very kind! Will definitely be going back in the future!
