Don't believe their fake advertisements, such as If you spend 35 dollars, you will get a Frozen turkey for $3.99, because they will say " we are out of it!!"
Their unjustified ads are for attraction of customers!!!

Not a bad store or staff. Some undesirables hanging out harassing folks coming in is the only real issue.

I really like this Grocery outlet, despite my rating. It's clean, most of the employees are friendly and of course, the prices are good. You also have to factor in, that bottle of wine that's $6, priced much higher somewhere else has most likely been exposed to extreme heat or extreme cold. That tasty box of triscuits, normally priced $5 in a regular grocery store, is a $1.99 at GO. Who cares if the expiration date is 2 days from now. We are all expecting that.
So what's the reason for my three-star rating? I'm a huge believer of bringing in my own bags. Grocery outlet bags are fine, they're just not useful for me. Plus, I'm trying to cut back on waste. How do I get rewarded for cutting back on waste? I have to bag my own damn groceries! Great! Thanks! Btw, there's a reason I did not choose a career in the grocery business. I suck at bagging groceries! I'm the first to admit it. So I vow from here on, I am never bringing another reusable bag into grocery outlet, and choosing to pay the $0.10 extra per bag, because the lady with the long gray hair told me that their boss, assuming the owner, told them they are not supposed to bag groceries when customers bring in reusable bags. If you're going to get covid, you're going to get covid. You're not going to get it from handling my freaking bag! End rant...

Haha I love grocery outlet and moving from the Bay area it has been a lottle challenging for me to find one that meets my expectations BUT to every location that I have been to, the staff have been very nice and supportive. For the most parta I usually find what I am looking for ( which is still a win).

Thankful for a go in the neighborhood.. For several months there are never baskets available though. I ask the employees and they tell me people steal the baskets. That has nothing to do with the negligence of not replacing the baskets though. I feel like this store doesn't really care about the community. A few days would be one thing but there is no excuse to not have baskets for several months.

The store is great and has awesome deals weekly. I unfortunately have been disappointed in one of the cashiers behavior on a common basis. The female/cashier is rude and the small talk is concerning. After a visit where I told the cashier her behavior was weird and unethical, she then confronted me on my next visit to the store. Unbelievable. Just before she confronted me, she told anotger guest in line that he looked like Luther Vandross. The guest was not happy from the look of his face. This is not acceptable behavior and etiquette for guests shopping for groceries.
The other staff and management are always great and friendly. I took off one star because of the offensive activity of the cashier.

I moved here from Down South. I shopped at Grocery outlet always. It was my Favorite place to shop. Everyone that worked there knew me and All were so sweet and Helpful. It was Like one Giant Family Shopping trip. Well I moved here to Sacramento and Went to this store on Marconi again today I went to the Older Caucasian lady with the White hair at check out again this visit really not wanting too. But she was the only checker. I mean No Disrespect here. But this Lady is Very Rude She's got an Arrogant attitude and Acts like she hates the World. Why is she working there!? She must get up in the morning and look in the mirror and Say . Oh No Not you again! To herself. I've never ever ran across such an employee with such an Attitude such as this. And at Grocery Outlet the Family owned store.. Now I can see why not many are there shopping. Everyone has problems. When you work with the public Be Respectful and Kind. You don't know what Others are going through and that shopping trip just might be Thier only day out in awhile. Is this woman part owner or what?? Rude Very Rude... And Thank God I didn't get eggs. Groceries were just tossed in the bag. I'll never go back Ever!!!!!

Store is awesome and well taken care of. The employees running it are obviously doing their jobs, but so miserable, you can hardly get a hello.

Best grocery stores in California, prices are the best, selection is big enough that I get everything I need, but small enough that I don’t have decision overload.
I’ve never been disappointed (even when they don’t have my fav thing more than once ever!). Just be glad you found it, not that you’ll never see it again (I’m looking at you, dessert hummus).
Staff is very nice, too. Only bummer is people keep stealing their hand baskets!
