Stopped in this past Friday, to open an additional account, and while I was kind of put off by the attitude we received upon entering, it got better after a few minutes. For a second there, I second guessed why I stay with Wells Fargo, as I had never been treated that way at the bank (any of the branches) I've been with for 40 years.As mentioned above, we went in to open another account. We were asked if we had an appointment, and once we said no, the attitude set in...immediately. The bank manager must've seen my expression because she immediately came out and asked how she could help. Once that took place, the whole visit went from yuck to ok, and now we're talking. Our personal banker was very nice, and explained our options on what would be best for us since this is an additional account, and not one of the primary account.Overall, we left happy, and will be back to the branch next time we are in town.

They only get 3 stars because as a business banker they always seem understaffed. I've been turned away twice and have to go to another branch to get help.

Visited this branch, not my home branch but they really treated me like a valued customer. Friendly service from their tellers and bankers. It was an inviting atmosphere & professional. The manager showed me how to use their ATMs inside the office, which I would recommend people use. The two machines inside give out hundred dollar bills and have higher limits to withdraw than the ATMs outside. It was a great experience all around. Great job folks at this bank.

I had an great experience with sales clerks I order a DVD set on line from CBS distributors and after a month I did not receive it. this sales clerk was able to dispute charge get me on my way in a very short time.

I came in to change from a teen account to an adult account and they could not have been more helpful! Nuran Soydan assisted me and was incredibly nice and knowledgable! What I assumed would be a confusing and complicated visit was made very easy through her explanations and recommendations! I am very thankful that she helped me!

I was feeling lucky so I stopped at this Wells Fargo ATM machine. I put in my casino 'bank' card, picked some numbers on the screen and it paid me $100.00. Boy, you can't beat that. It seems like I win every time I play this machine. I'm bringing a stool next time and will play till I empty it!

Not a fan of this branch. They never have enough staff so you always wait and call me old fashioned but I like to deal with a person not a machine. Every time they suggest I use the ATM instead. Also have told me I am not able to do things that I am able to do at other branches. They need more staff and more customer service.

Great team they have there! Those guys are always greeting me with smiles when I walk in. I feel at home. They're always recommending products that help me waive fees. Love it there!
