“Audrey and Fourtane are awesome!

I recently graduated college and wanted to commemorate with a new watch. I was set on Tudor and wanted to explore a few of their offerings in person but Fourtane, the nearest dealer, was a few hours away. Years ago I stepped into Fourtane just to look around and remember feeling rather intimidated so I was hesitant to return (though I never had a poor experience with any of their staff). I decided to first call a few dealers, with the intent of selecting the one with which I had the best experience over the phone.

Fortunately, when I called Fourtane, I spoke with Audrey. Right away, I could sense that she was genuine. She was knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions. Knowing that I would be driving a few hours, she sent me pictures of all the watches in advance, and held them for me until I arrived. The great experience continued once I got there, and I left happy, with a Black Bay 36 on my wrist.

Since then, I have visited a few other non-Tudor dealers but nothing has compared to Fourtane. I really look forward to returning to Audrey and Fourtane for future purchases. Thank you!”

“Customer service is not dead. Shelly worked with my husband to help him get the perfect gold bracelet for me. When the first one was a couple of links too small, she graciously worked with us to get the exact same bracelet made but the larger size for me. She was upfront and communicated with us as needed. I finally found a local jeweler!”

“This boutique has the most beautiful unique pieces one can find. My husband treated me to a beautiful coat from Augustina's several years ago. A year later find another beautiful blue coat that my kids treated me to for Mother's Day 2022. Tracy allowed me to put on layaway and worked really well with me on the layaway. I moved out of state and wasn't able to pick up the coat until Christmas 2023. This made for a wonderful Christmas. “A. Harris and Lam (?) were so professional and helpful to me. My husband and I walked in on my 50th bday with 10 min until closing and Miss Harris spent her time with me and showed me several purses which my husband proceeded to purchase. The security guard was also SO very nice and courteous to us. We had an amazing visit to that store. The customer service needs to be recognized for sure! We even received bottles of Perrier and cloth napkins. Not to mention Tiffany colored salt water taffy. I carried my purse in box and bag on the airplane home to Texas where the box and the bag got pretty beat up. When I called and spoke to Lam (unsure of spelling) and explained what had happened to the bag and box, I was sent a new box and bag!!! I happened to have a new watch which needed a few links removed and asked Michael if he could do it for me without hesitation he took my watch to the back, removed the links for a perfect fit. The best customer service I experienced while in Carmel and truly appreciated. While I did not make a purchase that day I offered to pay for the sizing but Michael wouldn’t accept payment.
