My mom passed away. I used the chat service to disconnect her line which is part of my account. The chat service indicated everything was in order for a disconnection on July 2nd. Instead, Verizon kept the line in place and is charging me for two additional months - for someone's line who is deceased. What a horrible company. Avoid. I had to call in and fight with a customer service representative, and who knows if they have actually disconnected it or issued the credits they said they would. This should be a two click process on their website. They are clearly just trying to hold the service in place nefariously as long as they can.

Verizon is continuing their deceptive practices of not disclosing hidden fees on signup and not providing chat history or call transcripts. No matter who you talk to, they don’t have any power to help you. Encountered too many rude and incompetent personnel to count. This is my vote for worst run business in America. Filing a consumer protections complaint and small claims court case.

Today I was sold a black iPhone 13 and upon arriving home and opening the box I discovered it is actually blue. When I returned to the store to exchange it for what I had asked for I was told “this is the black iPhone 13”… I opened the box and said no this is clearly blue (it is a dark navy/teal color). The Verizon employee then told me “this is apples version of the black iPhone 13, it’s called Midnight”. When I purchased the phone an hour earlier I was told it was a black iPhone 13, the color midnight was NEVER mentioned by the person selling it to me. As it turns out, apple doesn’t actually make a black iPhone 13, so I don’t understand why the person who sold me the phone called it black. I think if you are selling someone a device they will be using for the next 4 to 5 years, you shouldn’t lie to them about the color of it

She provided the best customer service experience I've ever had--Melody was so patient with all the challenges of dealing with my particular needs. She took the time to make sure I left 100% happy with my purchase.

It's bad enough when the folks are rude but when they are rude and they don't know what they are talking about, it makes doing business with them almost impossible. The girl that I spoke to had no idea how to do her job and all of the information that she gave me was incorrect. I would highly recommend never walking into this location and instead using the online customer service. They were helpful and did everthing that these folks couldn't figure out how to do. I think they are scraping the bottom of the barrel for in store emplyees.

I received my new iPhone in the mail, but was unable to fully activate the phone so to transfer all from my old iPhone to the new iPhone. Despite multiple attempts that lead to repeat "circular prompts": no successful iPhone activation. The next morning I arrived shortly after Verizon shop on Marron Rd [hadn't been there in years] to continue my struggle to transfer, with guidance. The manager, Mike, greeted me; listened to the story of circular prompts, no phone activation, and then courteously gave me concise helpful pointers. As I sat at one of the tables navigating the process, he checked in with me between arriving customers. I departed with that daunting transfer process completed. And with a very appreciative nod to Mike for his outstanding courtesy and attentiveness.

I was led to believe I was purchasing an iPhone 15 Pro but that wasn’t the case. Also, I was not truly informed that in order to get a trade in I would have to switch from my current plan to another that it was not good for me. The Puerto Rican youngster was not clear on his selling methods that I consider somewhat deceptive.

Horrible customer service,. Waited 40 min still no acknowledgment I've been waiting there. Kept seeing people come in for simple things but they were attended. I heard they didn't have appointments but still got helped. I'm still waiting. When I told shon I was taking off, no acknowledge of me waiting. He just said good by and sorry.

Came to this store because I was unhappy with customer service at AT&T and needed a new phone. When they quoted me prices I asked if there is a senior discount or nurses discount and was told "No, but the government can get you a free phone if you have low income". Started off on a bad foot. Was there 3 hours to get a new phone. The next day I realized my messages weren't going through, went back and had a horrible experience. They said it was a problem with the PHONE I PURCHASED YESTERDAY and I would have to go to the Apple Store the day before Thanksgiving because it was an Apple problem. The "manager", Shon, essentially made up that I had someone else add something on the phone. The "store manager" Anthony was no help at all. Thank goodness for Jovan, the tech who was helping me was persistent and called their Support tech and they were able to figure out AT&T hadn't "released" the number yet which is why my messages weren't going through. It had nothing to do with the phone at all, it was the service. I'm disappointed I came to this place, but they have us over a barrel now....
