I got referred to this company by a family member and called in to see if they could help me with my taxes. Unfortunately the girl at the front desk had an attitude and said that she was unable to guarantee that they could help and get the taxes done over the next 2 weeks even with a simple return. Either you can do it or you cannot. Horrible first impression.

Matt and his crew are the best... They aren't cheap. But they are most efficient and friendly and I call them from time to time for advice and tips on my taxes. This is a great asset when the govt charges massive tax liabilities on such things as short sales on property and other confusing issues..... Of course, I get the very best service cuz I've been a customer for decades... You should be, too.......
