Poor customer service. Bad policies. The cashier neglected to remove security tags from my items, costing me another trip to the store. Rather than apologizing for my inconvenience, the manager hassled me, even after I made another $180 new purchases. My kids like their jeans, but the sloppy service and unfriendly policies aren't worth it. I have a stack of clothes I couldn't return because their timeframe is so short. Shopping there is just too frustrating.

I did all my daughters back to school shopping here and they won’t exchange without receipt… I didn’t ask for my money back, just to exchange the product I purchased the less than 24 hours since the time of purchase. Their excuse was “most stores in San Diego don’t exchange without a receipt”… don’t waste your money here

HUGE SELECTION ! My wife and I visit this shopping center frequently and love to check out the clothing stores. This Tillys store has an incredible array of clothing apparel and accessories. VERY IMPRESSIVE !

Yesterday I came in looking for some nice summer shorts for my son. He's very picky and sometimes a bit of a heartache trying to discover his new "summer fashion" for the year. I came in yesterday with a mission. We hurried on over to the boys section with our hearts racing and an eagerness to begin our summer fun!! A nice young women greeted me with beautiful locks of curliness in her blonde hair. It was to die for! She helped us navigate the best options for my son and he left happy and fulfilled! They were the perfect length, not to short because we like to keep it PG. She was wonderful! Thanks Taya! Now we can begin our summer fun!

I'd rather shop online from tillys. Sometimes employees are nice, but overall, why would I spend money at a place where I'm treated differently lol. Learn manners dude. I'll probably only come here to make returns. Very uncomfortable experiences here and I'm sure it won't be the last

I bought a Nixon Watch and before swiping my card, specifically asked the cashier if all sales are final on watches, and she said no, I can return it if needs be. Obviously she wasn't trying to rip me off she probably just didn't know better, so when I tried returning the watch the manager met my request with a look of disgust and said I can just get store credit at best. I'm fine with store credit, I just won't be spending it at this Tilly's in particular for obvious reasons. At some point they should probably clarify amongst their staff that watches cannot be returned.

I was Christmas shopping and my last stop was Tilly's to look at novelty socks my daughters like. The store before was at Ulta and I bought mascaras there and combined them in a MAC bag with Mac mascaras. I had a total of 6 mascaras in a MAC bag. I went to Tilly's and they had a bunch of socks that I must've left my bag there to look at them.There were all different styles all mixed together. The next day I went and investigated with Tilly's and a young lady said she would check in the back for it. She was gone for a while before she returned and said she couldn't find anything. Meantime, while she was supposedly looking, a young male employee (seemed new) asked if I left it last night and I said yes. He definitely seemed to remember the bag, because he said a small cosmetic bag? He had a customer and we couldn't talk. This young woman never asked for my phone number in case someone else saw it and didn't seemed concerned at all. I came back the following day again and I made her take my info down. I'm positive it was left there and I told her they were Christmas gifts. Terrible to think there are dishonest employees working at this establishment and the owner should be aware of them.

Horrible customer service experience , today we were "helped" by a very unpleasant and very unprofessionaly behaved young male cashier. He had a bad attitude when we asked for discount for display model shoes as suggested by their employee he answered in a very immature rude tone "I can sell you these" he was very bothered to check for online delivery then he snatched items from counter in a rude manner I guess some retail employees this day and age forget that they are getting paid to do customer service and who is paying their bills end of the day which is customers. Product selection was ok some items are little pricey some were ok, but Tillys definetly need to retrain their staff on basic level of customer service and professionalism otherwise they will loose more business in the future.

Normally I receive good customer service here so I've never had complaints. Today, however was a different story. Nobody greeted me or asked me if I needed help. I was one of 3 customers in the store. The young cashier looked at me when I was ready to check out but kept folding tshirts. She finally came over to ring me up, didn't say hello or anything else to me. I had spent over 30 minutes picking out 2 shirts for my boys off the 2 for $30 tables. Both rang up at $19.99 so I asked. She said no, these are not on the 2 for $30 table. I offered to show her the stack of both shirts in that section but she refused. I finally told her to take the shirts off. She sighed heavily and rolled her eyes. She didn't say sorry or offer to go check (wasn't like they were busy). I shouldn't have completed my transaction at all, she was so rude but I NEEDED the pants I was purchasing for my son who's hard to buy for. I'd much rather give my money to Zumiez or even socalskateshop.com. They give good customer service and their prices are better. So long Tillys! You just lost a customer who spent a considerable amount of money in your store.
