Serri, George Fillippis, and the rest of their Brand Realty support team did a fantastic job listing and selling my Uncle's home in Carlsbad, CA. Their insightful advice for targeted home improvements to upgrade his home for market sale were undoubtedly instrumental in maximizing the value of the sale. Not only that, they gladly took on the burden of managing the home improvement upgrades via their team of sub-contractors that completed the work flawlessly in just a few weeks and at very fair price points. This enabled us to remotely oversee the sale of my Uncle's home from the east coast. We were extremely impressed with how the Brand Realty team stayed on schedule with the upgrade work to list the home on the market per the original target date from our first meeting. Their communication with us, conscientiousness, and attention to detail throughout the whole process was superb. Serri, George, and the rest of their team made our home sale a very smooth experience (far smoother than we had anticipated before meeting them). We greatly appreciate all the hard work and dedication they put in to execute the sale. We couldn't have made a better choice. For anyone in the San Diego area looking to sell your home, you cannot go wrong with hiring Serri, George, and the Brand Realty Team.

Serri and George were my realtors from The Brand Realty Team, to represent my dad's home in Oceanside of North County San Diego. It was a probate sale, and it was a journey! Serri and George were the consummate professionals; with an understanding of the timing of this project, getting it as up to date as possible - for a reasonable cost, the challenges of emptying a house full to the brim, and managing my logistics living in another city (and managing our expectations!), and overall patience with the entire process. They were in it for the long haul, and it felt like a feat to reach the day that escrow closed. Great agents! Thank you!

George helped us to buy our first home in San Diego and was so supportive and helpful through the entire process. He was always available to show us homes or answer any questions, provided great advice, and we really felt like we could trust him. The escrow process went incredibly smooth and the team showed such expertise to make our transaction successful. My husband and I worked with Amy at The Brand Realty and had an amazing experience! We are first time home buyers, and legitimately don't think we could've asked for a better agent than Amy to help us through the process. For an entire year we had her driving all over Southern California looking at houses with us and for us. And when I say all over, I mean Palm Desert to Thousand Oaks. Truly a huge ask, but Amy did it enthusiastically. She's incredibly knowledgeable about all things real estate, and constantly went the extra mile for us. We found our dream house and without Amy I don't think it would've happened. Her passion for her clients and for real estate is so refreshing, and we can't recommend her enough!

The biggest thing I can say about The Brand Realty is that they worked for their business. I worked with Joel Silverton and he earned his business- finding me homes that aligned well with that I wanted. I went above and beyond helping me with every single part of the transaction. He even helped me get home insurance during the crisis! In a market with multiple offer wars on each house going for over $100k asking, he got my offer accepted for a great deal! I highly recommend Joel if you are looking for an honest, kind, and hard working realtor. Joel gets it done!

We were working with Rich from the Brand Realty to help us with a land acquisition in San Diego. Good land is rare and expensive here. However, Rich was so motivated and always on top of things -- over an extended period of time. Regardless of it being general inquiries or setting up viewings, things happened promptly. On top of that, he turned out to be a great negotiator and secured a fantastic deal for us. After working with several other (disappointing) realtors, his motivated work ethic and optimistic approach was certainly a positive surprise for us. Thus, he's been an amazing realtor to work with; very efficient and more importantly, a nice guy on a personal level. Long story short, highly recommended agency with great realtors and a smoothly operated transaction team. We will work with them again on our next deal.

As a first time and out of state buyer, Rene went above and beyond my expectations! Working with my shortened timeframe to find just the right place for me, she knew how to expertly guide me in the buying process. I really liked how she recorded video walkthroughs of all potential homes to allow me to make the decision as if I was right next to her touring the property.
