My experience with PGS Home loans was amazing, they were professional, knowledgeable and always available for any questions. They went over everything in detail until you had no additional questions or concerns. In addition, they never stopped working for me up until the end, resulting in me getting a better home loan rate and worked effortlessly to make sure the better rate was secured to close the deal on my house. I give them a five star review, and if I could give them a higher rating, I would happily.

At first, like any agent I was hoping my new buyer would work with my preferred lender, but I was blown out of the water with how Josh and his team handled the transaction. The communication with me, the listing agent and the buyers was so clear and timely, I can honestly say this was my easiest deal yet. Can't recommend the team enough for an easy, concise and enjoyable experience experience whether you are a buyer or an agent!

Josh and his team are really great! My refinances, 2 at the same time, were extremely smooth and totally painless to me! They took care of 99% of the work during the process, and i really only need to fill in that 1% since i am the only person can accomplish it. Transparency was excellent too, i got a good explanation on everything throughout the process, and everything on the CD were broken down and color coded, which really made reading and understanding much much easier! Very satisfying experience! My only regret is didn't know Josh and his team sooner!

PGS Home Loans was awesome! They came recommended to us by our realtor and they did not disappoint. We were mainly assisted by Matt Leibelt, but we also communicated with Marissa Roper. They were both wonderful!We had a 21 day escrow, so things were moving extremely fast. Even with this tight deadline, they were able to make the process a smooth experience. Whenever we had questions or wanted an update, they would respond extremely quickly (definitely within a day but often within an hour), even on the weekends sometimes! In such a quick escrow, the communication is key and they definitely delivered.Matt was always very polite, helpful, and understanding, and as first-time home buyers we definitely had a lot of questions about our loan. We checked multiple different places (about 5 or 6) to get a good rate for our loan, but Matt and the rest of the team were able to get us a rate that was significantly better than any of the ones we found!The main things you can ask for while getting a loan are:1. Friendly Service2. Responsive People3. A Great RateAnd PGS Home Loans definitely delivered on all three of these! If we ever need a home loan again, we will definitely be reaching out.

I recently OnBoarded with the PGS Home Loans team, and I can honestly say, Josh Jelsing and Tasha Smith are 100% the best in the Mortgage Industry.
