I’m amazed at Brent Humphreys!! He gets more done than any realtor I’ve ever worked with. He stays in communication at all times. I always knew what was happening with my sale. My questions were always answered or addressed almost immediately. Even when things seemed dismal Brent always found reasons to be positive and kept me positive as well. And with good reason because he made a great end deal!! Thank you Brent!

We had such a great experience with our home sale! Brent was professional and knowledgeable, yet witty and personable as well, so that all our conversations were pleasant and fruitful. He made the whole process so smooth and painless, including termite inspection, photography and setting up showings. We were not sure we'd be able to sell at the price we needed, so Brent was careful to watch the comps and keep us apprised of what a reasonable list price would be, right up until the night before we listed... Suffice to say the list price we settled at brought in multiple offers, so that we ended up selling for far more than we had hoped! We highly recommend Brent, and hope that we have a chance to work with him again.

First things first, Brent was able to sell our home in this difficult market at a price I am happy with and in a reasonably short time. Above and beyond that, since my wife and I were not available in California during the time the house was on the market, Brent took care of all of the details in the sale and showing of the house. I selected Brent to sell this house because I had used him 8 years earlier to buy the same house and was very satisfied with his work. In addition to his skills, he is a pleasure to work with.

Wow! Brent delivered again! When trying to decide on the right time to sell our home we consulted the expert, Brent. We talked through several things and decided to move forward with listing our home. It is an incredibly competitive market and Brent guided us every step of the way. He constantly kept us updated and was incredibly responsive when we had questions. His knowledge and attentiveness during the process gave us the utmost confidence we were making the right decision and were in good hands. I moved into a brand new home in Fallbrook and nine months later relocated to Palmdale for my job. Not only were we crushed to leave San Diego, but the timing just so happened to coincide with the first week of COVID-19 and my wife and I were obviously worried we wouldn’t sell the home. Brent not only sold our home during one of the most challenging times in our country’s history, but he used 20 years of real estate knowledge and negotiation skills to close the deal well above what we expected. His real estate knowledge and expertise is far superior to any realtor I’ve ever dealt with. In retrospect, this experience was so eye-opening that I look back to all of the previous realtors I’ve sold/purchased homes with and wonder if I was rendered with a solid deal. The photos of the homes on his website are amazing - he pays top dollar for one of the highest rated photographers in San Diego, and this is just one of the examples of his perfectionistic tendencies and how he will care for your home. He is exceptionally communicative and responds within seconds. I now consider him a friend for life and would call on him for advice on future real estate transactions.

Brent skillfully and expertly helped me sell my house with several difficult challenges and roadblocks that could have made any other broker give up. Brent consistently came through for me and did great work! I really appreciated Brent’s thorough work, quick communication and looking out for my best interests. Integrity is everything when choosing a real estate broker and agent. After some unfortunate interactions with less ethical individuals, I had the good fortune to work with the fabulous Brent Humpherys. Brent's years of experience inform his deft navigation of a tricky, inherently self-serving industry. At times we were in agreement, at other times we were at odds however I always trusted that Brent's opinions were based on his well-honed qualifications and genuine efforts to put my best interests first. I tend to micromanage people and I'm quick to lose my temper. I had to apologize to Brent on more than one occasion but throughout the months of our business together he never demonstrably lost his patience with me despite our mutual frustration by the unique challenges of selling an expensive home in a jittery, cooling market. Brent Humpherys was nothing short of amazing! His integrity and attention to detail was exemplary! The other broker on the buyer's side was completely lost and out of touch - she had out-dated documents, her processing was slow, and behind our timeline to close. However, Brent pushed it through maintaining absolute integrity while guiding the majority of both the buyer's and seller's agent's responsibilities. The property sold quickly and we maximized our price. In fact, there was another property on the corner that was on the market since December and we had an offer in a couple weeks and closed 30 days later. The broker asked if they could speak with Brent to see how he was able to perform at such an outstanding level. Being the professional and caring person that Brent is, he did consult and help them as well. We highly recommend Brent!

We knew relocating our family from South Carolina to San Diego was going to take some serious logistical planning. Brent was recommended to us through our relocation company - and the rest is truly history. Brent had his hands full between our list of 25 “must see” homes and our short 48 hour visit to Southern California. He not only scheduled 25 homes in 24 hours (most by appointments) but we together made a timely offer in a VERY competitive market. Brent has been our lifeline in California from FaceTiming us at the home inspection to handling the settlement without us (so we didn’t have to fly out again) to managing some major construction projects just to ensure we walked into our perfect move in ready home. Brent is trustworthy, attentive, responsive and truly listened to our unique needs as a family. His customer service skills are impeccable and I guarantee he will treat your home buying experience as his own. With Brent on our side, we were able to concentrate on all of those other details that are needed for moving from 2400 miles away with a toddler and large dog.
