Reza Barghlameno was awesome to work with. Reza helped us buy our first house and he worked with commitment, passion and grit. He was deeply involved and invested with us in every step of our buying process which made us comfortable in this journey. He was very punctual, was always taking notes and making sure our requirements are met. He was constantly in touch with sellers agents for later updates, and he was quick to respond to any of our questions.He was thorough, detailed and he took his fiduciary duty very seriously, always gave us honest advice and was very patient with us. The positivity and good vibes he brought with him gave us confidence and assurance that we are in good hands. I interviewed eight realtors in one day and Frances was second to last that day. We just instantly connected and she was able to answer any question I had and had solutions for potential problems I threw at her. That is why she got the listing. She fought for me to get the highest appraisal price as well as the highest selling price. More importantly she was on the same page as I was in the value of my home.
