I don’t usually write reviews, but this was by far the worst bouquet of flowers I have ever received. My boyfriend ordered flowers for our anniversary and had them delivered to my office. At first, I was upset because I thought he had forgotten the day and sent me discounted flowers from Walmart. The flowers arrived looking half dead. Literally petals were falling off as I walked to my desk. Two days later and they are completely DEAD. They robbed my boyfriend and took advantage of the fact he would not see them. I was so disappointed that it nearly caused us to break up because I thought was being cheap and unthoughtful.
He called them a few days later to ask him for a refund and they refused stating that he should of brought them back. He serves this country and has 12-14-hour workdays so he did not have time during their business hours to bring them back.
He spent over $100 to make my day special, but the poor quality of the flowers completely ruined it. It’s upsetting that something meant to be thoughtful ended up being such a negative experience.

Super impressed. We walked in with an hour to get flowers for a memorial service during a crazy week. The owner was calm, and agreeable. We told her the style, size and budget and she made us two beautiful arrangements that worked perfectly for us in the time it took us to drive to get the candles. We were grateful and delighted. She matched what we wanted and came in on budget and on time! Made a huge difference for us on an important day.

My son, who is located in Dallas, Texas, sent me a sweet bouquet of flowers from Flowers Forever, upon the passing of my 13-year-old dog. That was a week ago and my flowers are still beautiful. Every time I receive flowers from Flowers Forever the bouquets are so fresh and last quite a long time..

This is the second time I have received a floral arrangement from Flowers Forever and both died within a couple of days. My aunt in CO orders them for me and since she is 92, I don´t want to hurt her feelings. The first experience, the shop exchanged for me with a bouquet that was similar, but also not fresh and died quickly. The tulips and roses in this holiday arrangement were already on their way out when we received. White roses already mostly open with brown edges. Tulip petals falling off the next day after delivery. I would stay clear and use a more reliable florist who can ensure consistent quality and freshness for the amount paid. Also, employees should at least know how to spell properly on the cards....It is Merry Christmas not Mary Christmas!

I just called this Flowers Forever Shop a few minutes ago and Paula answered my phone call and she is the owner. Paula was very nice the whole time during our conversation. I gave her the acknowledgement and the credit that she deserves. I told Paula, thank you very much for having these Beautiful Mixed Flowers Bouquet that she sells at her Flowers Forever Shop. There are 2 different websites that people and their regular customers can order all kinds of these beautiful flowers for any kind of Holiday or Just Because from: www.FlowersForever.net and www.LaCostaFlowers.com I am actually the recipient and a customer of this flower shop called Forever Flowers but I wanted to still write my review from the customer's side. Because I have read some bad reviews on this website. I believe it's not fair to this Flowers Forever company in Carlsbad, CA . I read this Flowers Forever is a family owned business. A family owned company I believe is more personalized than a large business and usually a smaller company will give their customers personal service. This my perspective from the customers point of view. I received these beautiful Mixed Flower Bouquet from this man his name is Steve who I have known for 2 months just on a regular basis. I had to remove these Beautiful Mixed Flowers that I posted to my review because on 2 different place cards it has my Home Address and on the First Card it has Steve's Special message to me. Steve's message is private. These beautiful flowers was delivered to my house on Monday on August 7, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. This delivery driver he was from the Door Dash Delivery company and he set these beautiful flowers down on my front porch in front of the door. I opened the front door and his back was to me and he was walking to his black car. I told him Thank You and he said to me Your Welcome then he drove away. Steve told me he asked the owner Paula to tell the delivery driver to just place my flowers at my front door because Steve didn't want me to talk to this Door Dash Delivery Driver. Steve said he wanted his gift to me to be a surprise. I was very happy when I pick up these beautiful Flower Bouquet it really brightened up my whole day! I love receiving these beautiful flowers from someone who cares about me. Every woman wants to get flowers from her boyfriend, partner or her husband on her Birthday, Valentines Day, A Wedding Ceremony, Anniversary Party, and also Just Because my boyfriend wants to show me that he loves me and he cares a lot about me. It wasn't my Birthday but Steve said he wanted to show me that he cares a lot about me and he loves me. These Beautiful Mixed Flowers made me feel really special to him and I felt really appreciated. These Flowers were sent to me on time and there was not any issues with the delivery date or the payment processing. Because I talked to Steve and he said everything went smoothly as planned and he told me this woman owner she was very professional to him and she also gave him excellent customer service. I just removed this photo of this beautiful Mixed Bouquet of flowers now because it has my home address on the card. I don't want my home address shown on Yelp.com it's not safe for me. Steve also told me that Forever Flowers Shop has a great selection of different kinds of flowers in their flower collection and they also have 2 websites that he can order any kinds of flowers that he likes and for any occasion, I believe that's a really cool idea. It's saves their customers time and money. I used to work in a florist shop for 4 years in Washington State so I know the operation and the process of arranging flowers for our customers. It's hard work for this family owned business. I want to give Forever Flowers Shop credit because they deserve to be appreciated for their hard work. I am tired of reading complaints from some people who go on Yelp and they write their review and give a business a bad review. For some time now, I have been using Flower Forever as a local florist to deliver flowers to my wife's work down the street from them. Recently, I made a mistake choosing a delivery date for flowers the day before Mother's Day. I called immediately to change the date, but the flowers weren't delivered on my target date.Flowers Forever caught their mistake before I said anything and offered many options to remedy the problem. They ended up delivering the flowers way outside their normal delivery jurisdiction on Mother's Day. My wife loved them! Great save Flowers Forever team and thanks again!

Needed a corsage for a prom date. A bit pricey, but so worth it. Absolutely beautiful and everything was clearly fresh and kept perfectly in the fridge for multiple days. The shop was very nice and customer service was excellent. Definitely coming back next time I’m in the need for flowers

I called in last minute for an arrangement which needed next day delivery. I left the floral decisions to them and they did not disappoint!!The flowers were beautiful and the staff professional. I would strongly recommend this shop and will use them again.Thank you guys for saving the day!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. Flowers Forever created magic once again! This arrangement for my mom was absolutely gorgeous! The designer totally nailed the vibe I was going for and created the PERFECT “just because” flowers to brighten my moms day. Everyone in the office was raving about how gorgeous and unique the flowers were all day long! From the vase selection to each type of flower placed inside, it was exactly what I wanted! Thank you so much Flowers Forever ?

Poor flowers, the display photo look so much different then what I got. The flowers look sad didn’t bring anything special about them. I paid $75 and was not worth it. Don’t recommend
