I went to Denault's Ace Hardware to get a key cut, and their service was excellent. The staff was pleasant and professional, and they cut my key swiftly and precisely. They also have an excellent range of key blanks. While I waited, I was able to browse their other hardware products because the store was clean and well-organized.

I was expecting a normal Ace hardware store, I'm so surprised they have absolutely everything here!! Home decor,cleaning supplies, paint, and an obvious great selection of hardware. The staff was so genuinely helpful and sweet!

I needed to have keys made so I popped inside. I was super impressed with how friendly the staff is. Paul helped me out right away and he just seemed like joy to be around. He was super knowledgeable. I'm sure I'll be back.

I went back there because they were so helpful - not yesterday! They called someone to aid me on aisle 12 and no one showed. So I went out to ask about some other matters - one guy was ok and the other younger guy just wasn't interested

This hardware store has just about everything you can think of and more....so many home decorations.....coastal theme.... Farm theme...organizing items... laundry baskets... small appliances... air fryer, coffee machine, etc......cleaning items... plus all the normal hardware stuff.... Outdoor gardening items...I was surprised to see the variety of items....

I didn't know that these days you're not supposed to smile. Went into the hardware store to simply get some drain cleaner. Quickly found it with my boyfriend and brought it up to the counter. That's where the associate working at the front register Margie asked "why are you smiling?" To which my boyfriend and I were rather confused at the comment. He then asked her if we should not be smiling? Her response was that our smiles made it seem like we were "up to something". Margie made what should have been a nice trip to the hardware store the last time I will be going to this small town store. I will go out of my way to leave the village where I live to visit Home Depot or Lowe's where our smiles are appreciated.

The best hardware store in this area. They ALWAYS have the little bit or part or bolt I need for a project. Great service and fair prices too. Whenever possible, I shop here instead of the big rack hardware wearhouse stores.
