Original comment: off to a shaky start. tried to use the affirm option, but it just billed a credit card, no affirm option anywhere on the checkout page. now no one will answer the phone. lot of youtube videos recommend this product, but for the price this process should be smoother.

I had to LOL a little about the whole thing so far. The shipping took weeks because apparently buying it on the Black Friday deal overwhelmed them and they couldn't keep up, great planning. Then about two weeks later, I received an email asking I not reach out to customer service and that they'd contact me to coordinate delivery. I waited, no contact. One random day, FEDEX pulled up with the one 125lb. box.
The box was pretty beat up when it was delivered and seeing the FEDEX driver drag it up the driveway probably means they should find a new distributor. I don't know but I'm not solving their problems either. Anyway, when I opened the box, I started seeing cracked plastic pieces. I realized they came from the seat. I understand that the shipping may not have gone perfectly and really, I'm thinking no big deal.
I waited until Monday as they weren't open on the weekend. I tried calling and apparently there was "higher than normal call volume" and they wanted me to leave a message. I decided to just write the email to their customer service. 24 hours, nothing. I called again, still high call volume. Really, they just don't answer the phone. I left a message and sent ANOTHER email. 24 hours later and finally, I get an email response. They wanted to know 10,000 things about the product they just shipped me. I don't know why the order number doesn't provide them with what they need.
I received another generic message today (at about the 72 hour mark) without really any context. Their customer service is horrid and shows what they think about their customers. I would not recommend buying anything from a company that doesn't care about their clients.

My first experience with them was a great one! One of the bikes that I purchased had a defect and they quickly shipped me a brand new replacement bike ! Since then , the only air bikes I purchase are from assault fitness. Using the elite bike now . High quality and excellent customer service!! Highly recommended.

Worst Customer service experience. Spend the money and buy Rogue. Bought an Assault Bike Pro. Wheel assembly rattles and not aligned. Peddle striped off after 2nd use(see photos). Followed the warranty instructions properly and sent an email listing part numbers and pictures. No response for over a month. Sent several other emails only to find out they went to spam. They confirmed emails were sent to the correct email address and there's a "glitch" in their system. As a competitive athlete who frequently places on podium, good equipment is super important. I'll never purchase Assault again. #rogueforthewin

Bike defective. No one answers the phone. Emailed them several times. Tried their message chat on their website. They put you on eternal hold. Anyone who left a good review here must be fake. Going to have to dispute it with my credit card. Already filed a complaint with the BBb. Frustrating to say the least. I expected a high quality product with good customer service for a 1k product.

My assault bike show rust on the connections of main pipes only after six month, even if clean with just warm water an paper... and the company say it’s fault of my sweating... i’m not an alien... and it happened to other people... thanks you for no help. Nice product, my 14 years bmx felt literally in the water and the rust is just where the paint is scratched!NICE JOB.

Well, they stole $700 from me so I'd prefer to give them no stars... Like many of the other reviewers said, customer service is pretty much non-existent. I spoke with somebody once after weeks of trying, and they told me my refund was issued to my PayPal account (I did not make the purchase through PayPal). When I told her this, she changed her story and said it was my bank (but could not confirm the card number) and that I'd have to call them. Needless to say, my bank has zero record of any refund, and now I've had to resort to disputing the charges through them.
