Had a great experience with Santa Cruz Toyota and our point person, Hunter. Communication was efficient and friendly and all the issues my 2008 prius had (there were quite a few) were explained to me so I knew exactly what decisions to make and what was being repaired. Feels like a new car! Also - super quick turn around - 48h - and ability to text/call Hunter directly is a plus.

I dropped my truck in for service and had a rental waiting for me. Better yet, my truck was ready before the end of the day when I was expecting it to be the following day.

Poor service, problems after most visits, upselling and advising unneeded service at times. Took over 3 months for a sunroof repair, wrong parts ordered, never yet installed correctly. Used to be better, we are planning to find a different service provider from here on out.

Service advisors were friendly and helpful, but info wasn't always complete as the repair went on, which may not have been their fault. I was asked to approve the repair before seeing the detailed estimate - that process should be addressed better.
I wish I had known I could have saved up to $1000 by buying the parts myself off the Toyota SC website.
Aftermarket parts were required but were the same cost as Toyota parts.
Overall I feel they did what was best, it just seemed quite expensive.

Great experience getting my 5K new vehicle tuneup. They were quicker than they said they would be and they were willing to if I needed provide me a shuttle to pick up my dog that was at the groomers! I did not need to do this because they were so quick, but I appreciate the gesture!
