“I wanted to share my amazing experience with Mc Cools flowers. I offered to have a tropical arrangement delivered for a retirement party. The theme was exotic/tropical travel. I met with Mary at Mc Cool’s to discuss design and budget. After meeting with Mary, her enthusiasm and desire to go above and beyond, left me with no doubt that this arrangement would be fabulous and it was!
Everyone at the party commented on how beautiful the design and the selection of flowers were. The recipient of the flowers, commented that the arrangement was over the top and the most beautiful arrangement, that she had ever received.
I highly recommend Mc Cools flowers and they will continue to be my go to florist! I can’t thank Mary/Mc Cools enough for adding such beauty to the event.”

For this arrangement, I chose one of the Teleflora designs pictured on their website, but asked for color changes to suit my tastes. The end result is gorgeous, and I couldn’t be happier! “Blown away by their talent!!!!! I contacted this florist to send a sympathy bouquet to my lifelong best friend - I live in Virginia and had to pick a random florist from Google. I gave them a budget and allowed them to create any bouquet they wanted, giving them some parameters to work with such as colors, style, and flowers she dislikes. When I received a video and pics of these flowers, my jaw dropped - My best friend said it was by far the most gorgeous bouquet she has ever received. They went ABOVE & BEYOND in my opinion - absolutely stunning. Floral deliveries long distance always seem to be hit or miss (mostly misses in our opinion - you seem to never get what you pay for and it rarely looks like the picture) but I truly was beyond grateful for the time, love, and talent they put into these flowers. “I absolutely LOVED the three gorgeous flower arrangements I ordered from La Mission Flowers & Gifts for my brother Johnny's Celebration of Life. They were delivered on time in high-quality, heavy, smooth-finished wooden boxes (no cheap, wood palette-type boxes here!). It's difficult to know what you are going to get when you order online. The pictures online can be deceiving, and you never know if the florist is going to put in as many flowers as pictured or how big the arrangements will actually be, let alone which flowers they will actually use. I gave special instructions in the "Notes" section of my order form to include certain colors of flowers (no pink since it was for my brother) and to make them as full as possible because I have been ripped off before from a different online florist where I paid $95 for an arrangement, and it literally had only 3 small flowers in it with some babies' breath in a bud vase, and that was it!). La Mission did not disappoint! The arrangements were even larger than pictured online, and the colors were just as I had requested. The variety of flowers and colors were spectacular! I have never seen more beautiful flower arrangements EVER!! La Mission is my new favorite florist. I will be ordering from them from now on without fail. “Received an arrangement for my birthday this week. Several daisies and roses were past their prime. It happens, I get it. Flowers delivered are not inexpensive these days, usually $100+. So, I called the shop and spoke to a woman and sent her pictures of the wilted flowers. She said she'd need to owner to weigh to decide what to do. I did not get a call by the end of the day so I called again this morning around 11:00am asking when this would be resolved. She said he'd be calling me soon. It's almost 6pm on Friday evening and I was literally just about to write a less than favorable review........and just like that, the doorbell rang and there was the owner standing there with a bouquet of the same flowers and fresh! Renewed my faith in customer service so here is a 5 star review for them. Nice job and thank you!”
