Ordered some magazines from them. Got order number and email saying they will give me a price on shipping. Waited 3 days and still haven't heard anything. Tried to send email to customer service and said email no longer exists. Called and left voice mail and still not heard anything back from them.

Very poor communication. Ordered an Aero lower two weeks ago and have heard nothing. The email address they give you for order inquiry doesn’t work. I’ve sent at least four messages through their website contact page. Nothing. Even called. Nothing.
So far seems like I burned $144 for nothing, hoping my bank gets me a refund

Very impressed with the smithing and customer service. Guy did some work on a pistol and had reasonable pricing, accomplished the work faster than expected, and the work was of a very high caliber. I will use his services again. He also has a great selection of parts and firearms.

I been in a few times. The owner has always been very friendly. It's great having family run places where they take the time to talk to you. It's better than picking a number at Turner's and waiting an hour.

If anybody wants to have your firearms repaired at this place, please ask the owner for a price quote first. I brought my items for repair and asked him how much they would cost, he said it was about 100 bucks, and it would take about 4-5 weeks. When the items were ready to be picked up, he charged me almost triple the price. What a RIP-OFF, I will never come back again and WILL tell my friends and family to stay away FOR GOOD.

Guy was great, helped me order the exact gun safe I was interested in without any hassle. Was delivered to my doorstep and installed quickly. Would definitely recommend for any gun smithing or firearm needs

Extremely rude customer service. I called in to ask about the services they offer, 5 seconds into the call the guy interrupted me by saying if I had questions I needed to stop personally at his store because he was busy and proceeded to hang up without even hearing what I had to say. Not the way to earn new customers

I came in today and spoke with two awesome brothers who operate this business. I felt at home and had a really good conversation about how best to protect my family. I really appreciated their honesty, and help in finding the right firearm for home protection. Not only did they give me some great advice on home defense situations. But they catered to my individual needs and lack of experience. This is definitely a business I would recommend going to whether you are advanced or a novice. Thank you guys for taking the time to educate me and God bless you!
