The person who did my taxes, was not experienced enough for all the document I provided. She was not paying attention to our conversation and sometimes sounded so angry because she did not have time to explain. Never want to work with her again.

This place is driving me crazy. I told this place 2 times to stop calling but they just don't understand. At this point I will never file my taxes with H&R Block. And I'm not just talking about this location I'm talking about every H&R Block. To be honest I would not be surprised if they came to my house and asked me to do my taxes. I can see why this place has such reviews and I can also see why they may be desperate for clients because it's so bad. If I get another call I will go to the store talk to the manger and ask if they can delete me from their database. I will even pay for them to stop calling me. Please stop calling me. For the 3rd time.

Brandi is absolutely atrocious! She literally told me to shut my mouth after she called ME about a fraudulent IRS form. Beyond terrible customer service, I've reached out to corporate awaiting a response.
