When you walk in and glance across displays and vast variety well laid out plain to see; obviously done with care and concern of the customer who can find parts and supplies which would not be found in 97% of all stores in a 20 mile radius (probably even 50 miles) I will sum it up with, they have a niche market of supplying the unseen variety and choice that competitors will never offer to you. I will return again because they have items I failed to locate when venturing to many other stores.”

“Joe has worked on a few of my tools in the past but he really came thru this week. I have an old Bosch chipping hammer that I bought in 1994 and has been a workhorse. It finally broke down after 23 years and the part I needed to fix it has not been made in years. Joe was letting me know it was probably a lost cause when his eyes lit up. He went into his warehouse with a ladder and returned with probably the last barrel available for that hammer. I had him completely rebuild it and he seemed to feel bad to tell me it would be $300 for parts and labor. I thought is was extremely fair to completely rebuild the hammer and appreciate all of his work on it. He has always been very nice, priced fairly and done a great job. I will be back whenever I need a tool repaired. Thanks again Joe.”
“I walked in wanted to replace my shower stems due to a running faucet. The gentleman at the counter told me my stems were in good shape and that I just needed new washers. He then replaced them there for me, greased the stems and also showed me how to change the seats. He was very kind and I appreciate that.”
