Really great prices and staff. Usually you only get one or the other, but very rarely both. Took the time to walk me through every single one of my Brother printer questions, and trust me, I had a LOT of them. The best part was once my questions were answered, they had every single model of Brother toner that I needed, and only charged me 100 bucks for 3 of them. Last time I bought the same toners on eBay and paid something like $60 more. They've gained a new customer in me today, that's for sure.

This business has the most outstanding customer service. They are a one stop shop operation. Believe me, once you begin working with them, you will not want to go to the usual stores that carry these items. They work with pricing and delivery to make it a very positive experience.

I've been buying ink cartridges from deep discount inkjet for couple of years now! its way worth to buy ink from these guys they last just as long as the new ones! and I have been also sending him printer repairs! they do good job!
