The staff are all confused and have no sense of financial literacy. I spoke to 4 different chase workers & they all passed the buck. It was obvious none of them knew how to help me. I wouldn’t trust these people with a dollar of mine. I called another bank & they were able to help me without any issues. I don’t know about all chase banks but this branch is absolutely deplorable!

The branch is OK usually there is a wait time to speak to a representative. But if you need the ATM so it's all good .

At least a couple times a week at least 2 of the 3 outside ATM's "experience issues" today (1-26-24) all 3 were having issues !!!! Frustrating is an understatement Disgruntled customer

Excellent service and great management! I will definitely come to this location more often. Small parking lot and some street parking. Fast and efficient if you know what you need and are prepared.

So tired of the drive thru and walkup ATMs not working properly. This neglect reflects poor management- maintain this equipment for your customers, please.

I rarely go to the tellers, but when I have they've always been nice and helpful. I do try to go when they are open so I can use the ATMs inside. (they always work and you can get $5 denominations) The outside ones do leave a lot to be desired and I have given up on the drive through one. When I go inside, always greeted by the security guard and if a manager is near by receive a greeting from them. The few times I have had any issues or questions I call the 800 line and have always received great service.

Only Chase with a drive thru. The ATM is always messed up and won’t take cash deposits.

Came into this location and they sat me with a banker with no experience. She didn't know what she was doing and when I explained that another banker he laughed. Even though I already came here 2 days prior and they bank manager helped me they refused to and hours later she restricted my account putting identity theft. Even though she failed to ask for proof of identification because I'm a young successful woman and she hates her job she judged me.

Really bad management. You make appointments online and yet you gotta wait because either they're on lunch or they already left and you don't get any notice ahead. Really bad customer service. If I could give zero stars I totally would.

Very unprofessional staff with zero customer service skills.When the ATM gives you a damaged $20 bill, half of it missing and it’s after hours but you go to the branch and ask for assistance few days later. The teller treats you so poorly like you are a criminal and don’t assist you at all! Hey Chase employees, how did you load the damaged bill into your ATM and didn’t check the stack of bills for flaws or defects? Why a long term customer (over 20 years banking with you ) needs to be penalized for your mistakes? Awful! Go to a different branch and don’t bother with this one!

Confused customer services, poor management. I had to visit them three times for someone to solve my problem. So I guess, it depends on days for you to have your issue resolved.
