Didn't have a good experience here, Got a vape that didn't work. The worker did not exchange after trying it in the store and noticed I wasn't happy. Returned a few moments later, worker said I just work here. Bad customer service, will not return.

I like to first start off by saying I moved to this neighborhood about 2 years ago and have spent hundreds of dollars at this store, 2 weeks ago I came into this store and was cut in line by someone the owner/store clerk did not honor the first come first serve rule even when I was honoring the social distancing protocol, by standing in my bubble waiting, upon trying to lay I was cut in line and instead of collecting my payment since I was there first the clerk wouldn't take my payment so my child and I can leave, I was then attacked and has to fight for my safety, my child was screaming in terror after the clerk/owner was yelling please not in the store instead of please you guys stop or I'll call the police, her boyfriend then came in and began punching and choking me after gaining my consciousness back, I went straight for my baby who was in his stroller the women the three my wig behind the counter and the guy flipped over my baby's stroller where my purse was, they then flee the store still the owner did not call the police or help much he just began picking up my broken nails in the store and talking to me about damages, the 2 people then come back to the store the store owner did not ask them to leave and did not call the police once again while these people were taunting me and threatening me, this is a situation that has now traumatized my son and myself, my son is under 2 yrs old as a business owner you should have security and or call the police immediately but he didn't he was just worried about his merchandise and not loosing a costumer even if what they did was downright horrific I've steered clear of the neighborhood and before I left my neighborhood for good I saw my attackers entering the store once again, so he is still allowing people who assaulted me in the store because of money, all money is not good money, I will NEVER SHOPE HERE AGAIN, the things is this store are way more expensive then they are across the street at wall-greens and I tried supporting a small business but NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP HERE THERE NO SECURITY AND I GOT BEAT UP BY A MAN AND A WOMEN AND HE DIDNT DO ANYTHING BUT SAY NOT IN THE STORE, I suggest no one take your hard earned dollars here it could cost you and your children your safety.
