It reeks of mold every time you walk in. Feel bad the owners don't fix the issue after they recently purchased it not too long ago. Poor employees having to deal with it every day. I'm try not going here anymore

I live locally and have been coming to this shell station for years. Unfortunately when I go at night at anytime the employee locks the door even tho they are open all night. I have many neighbors who complain to me about the same thing. He locks the door and sometime I see him in the back of the store other time I see him sleeping in his car or just not answering the door. I don't want to specifically name him because he is a very nice guy. The only reason I am leaving a review is because this is literally the only place open near by that is open 24/7. I spoke with him recently and he explained that ownership has changed with the gas station but he has worked there for years during this shift. He told me that the company gives him the ability to not open the door if he doesn't feel safe. This is very fair on the company to give him this right but at the same time he shouldn't be able to not open the door to anyone especially costumers he knows and is comfortable with just because it is nighttime. I hope this employee doesn't get in trouble from this comment however I do hope that the company makes it known to the night shift that they can't just lock the door at night, sleep through their shift, and get paid, while local residents expect to have the ability to go to a local store that claims to be open during said hours. I have noticed since the new ownership they have been taking care of the store and it's much cleaner and day time employees are very attentive and understand the business of customer service. The same employee even locks the door when he is working during day hours and seems to be cleaning the cars pumps ever time I go. Please either close at night so everyone knows it's closed or have your employees have the business open when it says you are open.

It's the Light_skin_dragon coming to you live with needing fuel, I got off work and was on E, I drove and since I have the shell app I like to support the cause or the brand. I used to go to Arco but now I am enjoying shells much more. I went in to buy some items that was on the app to get a few cents off my gas. I bought a coconut water, and some stardust gummies. I saved an additional 6 cents per gallon. Chi Chung thr guy was nice but did not know how to work the app. So I had to figure it out. He was pleasant so I have nothing bad to say. Plenty of available stations, and it is quite. So I have nothing much to say. Get your gas. It's rising again. That does suck 5.59 for some gas because I used credit card.

Wish I'd read these reviews before I went. Manager /owner either has a problem with women or maybe he has an attitude with everyone. Is very rude and condescending. Won't go back.
