Just had a great experience here with their store manager Jasper. I've been coming here for over a decade but was recently considering getting my auto work done elsewhere. A guy named West worked on my truck and actually spent about 4 hours fixing the alignment on it. I watched him from beginning and he did a very good job. By the time he was done, he was covered in Greece and for the first time after taking my truck to on 4 other occasions, he was the only one to get the camber correct on my truck. I took it in because I have a lifetime warranty on my alignments.The appropriate past the prior 3 or 4 times that I brought it in.The men were far inadequate.Western extremely a good job.Now I won't wear out another pair of tires at $350 per tire.Thank you

Double-check the torque settings they were torqued to 90 foot pounds, my vehicle requires 129 foot pounds. 6 lug nut covers were missing including some of my front wheels. (only replaced the back tires) " They said they gave me new tires. " Unfortunately they are 1 year and 10 months old. Almost 2 years of dry rot. I only have 3 years left on those tires before they need to be replaced. My recommendation is buy a torque wrench and double check your torque settings for your vehicle or just go to another shop.
Bridgestone reached out but they're just the middle man and can't do anything.

Good honest people work here. It's hard to say it about a car repair and wheel place but they truly care for the customer. Their car and do quality work. Maybe a bit pricey but for quality care and work you pay.

Best service I have ever had. Wheel works just replaced a missing unit on my my lower control arm. They went above and beyond and check all the bolts and checked if they were any other problems.
