Worst bank ever. Need unnecessary steps to get things done. The online system is never working. The bankers don't know what they are doing. Wasting my time and my life.

I had a bad experience today, “Milo” urgently needs training on how to treat a customer, after today I am seriously considering canceling my account. I would like to open a parenthesis and say that the employees named “Jesse and Salvador” are to be congratulated!!! Mr. Milo, if you happen to be reading this message, watch your co-workers, maybe you'll learn something.

I setup an appointment to open a bank account and when I arrived, I was told I would need to go to another branch because a banker called in sick and they didn’t have anyone available to help me (despite the branch not having any customers). If they had just called me to let me know I would have not come at all and not have wasted my time. No need to say I changed my mind and will just stay away from this bank.

No one answers the phone ever. I was trying to open an account. I went down since I could not get anyone on the phone. I stood in line for a teller because there was no one to help, or even ask for help. 20 minutes later after standing in line the teller says no one can open an account. I'll have to book an appointment and there is none until next week. Thanks for not answering the phone. Thanks for wasting my time. Thanks for no help at all.

Ive been a client for few yrs now. Always had a satisfying experience. But I can’t say the same about my most recent experience. We were mislead and had to go back and forth several time to get a finalized response.

I wish I could go into the full detail of my experience but I just wanted to say that this location is doing an amazing job . The cleanliness and atmosphere are great . I went in on a Thursday , almost evening , and the wait time was less than a minute. Huge thank you to the staff , specifically Andrea and Jaime ! They went above and beyond to make sure my time inside was efficient , knowledgeable on things I did not know , and also executed solutions to the issues I was having . Definitely made my day a bit brighter !

I recently went in to open an account with my husband and the person who helped us was very nice. We had a lot of questions and all of them were answered. It was nice having that kind of customer service.
