“Yosef literally 'freed' me from being shackled. I couldn't remove my watch because the clasp on my Omega SM failed whilst on my wrist. I had it on overnight and came to Doman for rescue the next day after doing some research on Yelp. This place is everything the 4.8 stars say it is and then some. Yosef was knowledgeable and delicate when removing a link from my watch while it was still on my wrist. He offered to fix the clasp but ultimately was unable to because it was already broken, a known issue with this series of Omegas. Nonetheless, even after spending a good amount of time and effort, he refused to charge me for services rendered. I had to be fairly assertive in my insistence that I pay him something before he agreed to a tiny fee. Unfortunately, this sort of service is rare these days. In the meantime, come here for any watch repairs while you still can.”
